Not sure who is more shameless at this point Tushar Mehta or Piyush Goyal.

'China First Sends Nomads in Pasture Lands, PLA Then Follows': Ladakh Tense About Future Amid Border Standoff
Tashi Namgyal Yakzee, the councillor of Durbuk based in Shyok village, says there is panic in villages across his constituency because of heavy troop movement at night.

This is our own doing tbh.

For years administration isn't allowing tourists to visit places like Demchok, Chumur etc in Ladakh which lies on LAC citing 'security reasons'.
Marsimik La which is very close to the area that chinese ccupied in last few days on northern side of Pangong was open for civilians, permits were difficult to get yet was open, but since last couple of years that place has been made completely out of bounds for civilians. Similar situation in Siachen aswell.

If these border villages were developed as tourist destinations, chinese would be thinking twice before messing with the place full of tourists.

While BJP denies it's influence on judges in SC, Modiji proceeds to put the Ayodhya verdict in it's list of achievements

I said it after the verdict, that bjp would be disappointed with the verdict. They'd have must preferred to bring in a legislation for ram mandir I think.

Similar situation in Siachen? Civilians have never been allowed there.

I see on the news that China is mobilizing tanks and artillery in these border areas in Ladakh. Is there a real possibility for more than just a border brawl in this conflict?

This fool has been off the rails for a while now. Was more or less kicked out of the army. Just as an FYI, the photo of the soldiers bound in ropes came out as soldiers rescued during an avalanche from a China mouth piece. Make what you will of that

Both sides have mobilized arty and armrd regiments. No bullet has been fired since 67 (officially). India has always been on the back foot regarding infra build up on its side. This would have meant the Chinese due to better infra on its side could always deploy faster and quicker and cause havoc to the Indian forces (similar to what happened in 62). Now that India has been working hard on building infra, the Chinese don't want that and want to brow beat India into submission (as it has done in the past) as it is affecting the power balance. With India not doing well in the economic sense and China being isolated globally, war seems very far fetched.

Thanks for the answer :) Lets hope things calm down, and the chinese has no plans to seize the territory then.

Yes, that's the hope. China is much stronger than India militarily but the Hinalayas gives a good natural boundary. China will need atleast 3:1 superiority to cause damage to the Indian forces and that sort of build up hasn't happened. Plus China is really pissed off regarding India taking a pro Taiwan stand in the recent few weeks. Glad I could be of help to you and clear a few points from the military point of view.

Also would suggest not to follow the narratives of Ajai Shukla and Brahma Chellaney. Similar to posting opindia articles.
This is not a chinese mouth piece that you've claimed. I want the original link to the article.

And wtf is this website? Literally nothing is there apart from this shit article which blames Chinese for spreading this fake news instead of the BJP IT cell that has been agressively spreading this whole day.
