If afg somehow get a quality pacer they will be a quality side. Shame they don't get to play a lot of international cricket but they are a decent side.

Aside from the mini collapse by Afghanistan in the middle overs they've been by far the better side all game and deserve to win.

Yep fully agree. The bowling especially has been poor. Can’t see us making the knockouts either. So called all rounders like Woakes and Curran never really turn up with the bat in matches.

I thought our bowling in this tournament might struggle to be honest but the batting has been just as bad really which I definitely didn't expect

Feels like England are done now though, and that's not just because of these few games but the whole 4 year period which has been pretty shambolic. Hopefully Livingstone is the one dropped for Stokes. Might miss his bowling but it's pointless having a batter who only turns up once every 10 or so games.

This is accurate - Livingstone seems an underwhelming player
England won't drop Livingstone if most of the pitches continue the trend of favouring spin bowlers so much.
When he's having a good day he's great but it doesn't happen often enough. In T20 it's fine because you can accept that when you bat to 9 or 10 but in this format you need more consistency.
That review was completely stupid as well, you could barely get a more plumb lbw.
