Naveen has been brilliant and just as I say it bowls a no ball and bowls a full toss on free hit.

There is not the usual depth with this lineup. Moeen isn’t playing and Curran is very hit and miss. After these 2, not much left. England need to get Stokes fit. Ironically could have done with Moeen here as it’s turning.

Probably Livingstone as it stands as can’t see anyone else but really need him bowling as well and then bring Moeen back in. There’s an argument to bring Willey for Curran as his bowling his better and he can bat as well.

At least England have depth in batting and this is still worth a watch @ 127-5. My Proteas would be all but dead and buried in a similar position.

People keep going on about this depth in batting but as I’ve pointed out the lineup today doesn’t have that!
Yeah Root would have to come in as our 6th bowling option and Livingstone has been bowling well. Probably worth the trade off as you can not play Brooks
