Yeah I’d agree with that. Moeen is so frustrating though because he’s capable off teeing off but I never feel confident he’s got just a solid score in him. Either fireworks or shit all.

Moeen hasn't really delivered for England with the bat in about 2 years, partly because he hasn't always needed to but still.
When he's on form he's a beautiful player to watch but he can be brainless at times and play stupid shots.
I think as long as Buttler is in Moeen doesn't need to do anything daft, just play sensibly and hope for some fireworks by Buttler.

Which is why he should be above Woakes. If he comes off he's far more likely to win the game with the bat, and if he doesn't he doesn't tend to hang around long and Woakes can do the same job at 8.
