Probably the best thing for NZ he got out.
So England win in under 30 overs?
I'm closing my eyes when Morgan comes in.Think it will be a tough chase tbh.
Doesn't look especially easy to time it when it's dug in.
What's your allegiance? I've not clocked it yet.
I'm supporting England. I like their cricket. I wish the Kiwis would put up more of a fight, though. A rollover is no fun.
I understand the apprehension from the India game, but this is a different kind of pitch from what we have seen so far and the English top order arent nervy pokers of the ball ala Rahul and DK. They'll attack from the word go and put the Kiwis under pressure. The run scorers are also evenly distributed in Roy, Bairstow, Root, Morgan, Stokes and Buttler. It's not the case of 'get Rohit and Kohli out and the game's over'.A rollover definitely isn’t on the cards right now.

This is horrible batting.
England have a long tail and a middle order that hasn’t really delivered during the chase. Australia also defended 240 here couple of weeks back against NZ.
Good decision Dharmasena

Will depend on how well NZ start their bowling. If they can get 2,3 wickets early like against India, they have a chance, but if not it will be over very soon. Tbf NZ are the worst of the 4 teams that made it to the semis. They were lucky in the group stages and played a great game vs India but at the end of the day, the gap in quality is there for all to see and IMO it will be very clear after the England chase. I'm not saying this will be a walk in the park for England, but I don't see NZ troubling themThink it will be a tough chase tbh.

This is horrible batting irrespective of how good they ball. Don't know why both have to be inter connected. I am all for cautious batting and building the innings but not this way. The way they are batting it seems like NZ don't even know how to bat. They are not able to hit one shot properly.Heard all this nonsense when they played India.
Both teams have to bet, let's see.
Shit gets wickets
Why is 240 being considered a good score? England knocked off 223 in just over 32 overs against Aus?

And some will call that good battingDucked under the final delivery
