Rumors have been quite strong this week about Ibra going to AC Milan(although the reports are conflicting whether it's a Loan deal or Permanent Transfer). Milan's Vice President Galliani has confirmed Milan's interest in Ibra while this is the latest news

AC Milan have struck personal terms with Barcelona striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

The Milan-based Mediaset says Ibrahimovic has accepted Milan's contract offer and is delighted with the terms. The Swede will earn €6m per year and the rest of his wage will be covered by Barcelona.

Milan will meet with Barca tomorrow to thrash out a deal for the striker.

Ibrahimovic is tipped to be in Milan on Friday to sign forms with the Rossoneri.

Good signing for AC Milan IMO, Ibra has already proved worth in Italian league, A strikeforce of Pato-Ibra sound awesome tbh

Would be absolutely unreal if Barca "loaned" a 60m pound player to AC. It would also significantly weaken their strikeforce if either one of Messi/Villa picks up a injury. I thought a Villa-Ibrahimovich-Messi strikeforce was on the cards, but I suppose Pedro will start on the left with Villa through the middle.

Is Bojan their only backup?

He is shit ...... simple as that. I still cannot believe that Barca let Eto go and paid Inter 40m euro for the privilage.

He was always going to be this world class player during his days at Ajax, but it never happened. For some reason Inter rated him, Barca rated him and now AC Milan rate him, will they never learn.

 OK :wenger:

Dong is shit, Manucho is shit, Bellion is shit. Ibrahimovic is far from that. He's just not done the business at Barca yet, simliar to Barbatov with us :smirk:

Yes, the likes of Fabio Capello, Roberto Mancini, Jose Mourinho, Pep Guardiola and Massiniliano Alegri have never known a good player when thy see one, never mind anyone else that has ever watched Ibrahimovic play.

Lolz. *adds to ignore list as his brain can't take idiocy*

Eto and 40m Euros, anyone who has seen the guy play will know that he is not worth nowhere near that.

So in terms of the value that continues to be put on his head, he is shit and not worth anything near the money that has been paid for him during his last transfer. Even a straight swap Ibra for Eto and I still think Inter would have done the better deal.

feck off. Im entitled to my opinion, I have seen him play in the flesh several times against United, he did nothing and I think he is a poor player. Simple...

Fee paid has no effect on how good a player is, how good a signing maybe but zero effect on how good he is, even still he is in no was "shit"

I don't rate him at all and cannot believe what Barca paid for him last season after winning the European Cup. When I saw him play for Barca last season things hadn't improved, he is not a quality player by any means. I just don't rate him at all so I do think he is 'shit'. By that maybe I mean that he is doesn't deserve to be in a Barca shirt and he certainly aint at the level his transfers suggest.

Okay, I'm going to answer this using your post above this.

In that case I can categorically state that Thierry Henry, Didier Drogba and Alan Shearer are all shit players, as I have seen them all very poor in the flesh.

My additional post;

This would suggest that I have seen him play on the tele as well because I didn't go out to the Nou Camp to watch him play or any Barca away games either :)

Damn I wish the ignore feature included quotes, but I guess not. So he's played awful against Utd, what a way to judge someone at the HIGHEST level is shit or not, seriously that's my rofl of the day. Thanks son. There are very very very few, if any players who regularly play for CL teams that are outright shit, get a grip, you not liking him DOES NOT = shit.

And seeing things live or on TV makes no difference, infact you probably see more on TV since well yeah, I go to games and all, but I always have to watch the tv replay afterwards. I hate it when people seem to think that being at a game gives you a better opinion, it's really opposite if anything.

The best support striker in the world.

I have expanded since then or do you not read the whole thread?? I have seen him live, I always watch the games back on tv also. I have seen him play in the Champions League on tele for Inter and also Barca. I do not rate him. Thats it, simple as that. Me saying he was shit is just the way I phrased it.

He's shit, I wouldn't have him in Uniteds team, Barca paid through the nose for him .......... all amount to the same thing, I don't rate him!!

I have seen him live simply means I have watched him at close quarters. I have seen the runs he makes, tracking back etc, things that are not so obvious on tv. There is a lot you see by being there that you don't see on tv and visa versa. The thing about being at the game is, you have the option to watch it again on tv. However watch it on tv and you don't get the option to watch it live afterwards do you!!

Errr... Aren't Milan skint? Where are they getting the 50-60 Million Euros which it would take to sign Ibra?

And if they have that kind of money, why aren't they looking at buying better and less expensive players than Ibra?

Barcelona themselves only paid the equivalent of €60 million including Eto'o. So there's no chance Milan would pay near that because Inter weren't looking to sell him, and also the fact he had a less than fruitful first season.

I've heard that Borriello might be included in the deal, as Barca have no targetman if Ibra leaves(not that they need one) so any potential fee goes even lower. Not to mention the fact that Milan really drive a hard bargain(€18million for Ronaldinho, Ronaldo on a free)

I'd say Villa is one of the best target men in the world of soccer...

Anyway, Ibra was expensive because he just signed a new deal and he was probably the hottest striker that season along with Ronaldo and Eto'o was sort of a finished article to Barca so they just gambled like we gambled for Berbs.

The fee was overated which was the same as Berbs and now they have become over rated players because of their silly fees.

He still is a good striker, very good touch and I like the part where he'll take a striker and he has a lot more precision than Berbs outside the area.

I'd reckon Ibra would do a lot better for a team with slower pace, Milan would be great for him imo. Good move it is was true, Barca certainly lost this gamble and should cost them quite a lot of money.

What a random response that is

Not really. Was just checking if he's using to save him from typing Ibrahimovic or because of endearment. To me he'll always be Ibrahimovic as I've never really rated him nor do I want him at say United. I can't be arsed about what he gets up to. To me it just sounded like he's drooling over 'Ibra'...

Why does calling him by a shortened name mean you are drooling or have respect for them, these aren't people any of us will ever meet(where respect does come into it), so it doesn't really matter, most call him Ibra because they probably can't be bothered with the rest, not because they like, people who hate him call him it as well...

I called him Ibra because as Zen basically said I wasn't bothered to write the full name. Strange assumption you've made that anyone who calls him Ibra drools over him. For the record I don't really rate him as world class player but I do think that he is a very good player who gets loads of un-necessary criticism from football fans.

Cheers. No need to get the knickers in a twist.
