Unless there is a witness or a recording its one word against another so difficultHow does one prove the existence of a verbal agreement?

How does one prove the existence of a verbal agreement?
He said: "We always want a better season. We expect to improve as a team and to get the club as high as possible in the league.
"We also want to enjoy it as much as possible with our fans, to go far in cup competitions – that's always a good feeling – and to win trophies.
"The expectation is always the same and we work every day for the chance to win something."
And despite the club missing out on the top four and Champions League football, he admits he's impressed by the forward-thinking of the club.
He added: "In general it was a good season. There were some ups and downs but we had some great moments to remember.
"We were involved in four competitions until February and a lot of young players came through and started playing regularly for the team.
"This is massive because they represent the future of the club."
He'll leave as soon as a big club wants him enough. But, but, but ... what happened to Levy's famed verbal promise? And even if the cad has broken his word, surely there is still the oft-cited €20m release-clause? And even if, against all the odds and in defiance of all reason, no such clause exists, then surely Lloris must be desperate to kick up a fuss about leaving? Surely ...

No big club wants him. Thats why he's staying.
Kind of the opposite situation to de Gea then, who is wanted by a big club ... and that's why he's leaving.
... yes, Madrid are a big club. Well done for knowing that. Clever boy.
It's easy ... I just followed the trail signposted by Beckham, Ronaldo, de Gea etc. After your GK has gone, who'll be up next do you reckon?
Personally I think you'll be safe for a while, as the bones will have pretty much been picked clean.
You go to court and say to the judge that he gave you his word !
However you are in big trouble if the other party would invoke the famous "No I didn't" argumentation
In which case the proper jurisdictional course of action to take would be to invoke "Yes you did" argumentation.
Damn... if United loses De Gea and doesn't get Loris then... I wonder what will happen. Going with Valdes, really?
You can always invoke the Liar Liar Pants on Fire counter argument I've seen it be quite successful in the past.
D- Must try harder.
You're genuinely terrible at this wumming lark. You should go and read some of Pete's posts, he gets it. Then again, thats a position you're pretty used to being in, second best behind Arsenal.
Muslera is an awful, awful keeper.
He isn't awful, he is very solid 99% of the time but he does have a habit of dropping a bollock once in every game. So long as it doesn't cost you, fine, but you can't bank on a clean sheet.
That's a worry in itself, obviously, the other is he simply doesn't look to me to be the sort of sweeper-keeper van Gaal works with. It's all bollocks, basically.
He's talking for Muslera. What? Lloris is really quick off his line. Distribution feck ups occasionally but even De Gea this season had a few of those moments. Just something you have to accept with these types of keeper.
He's talking for Muslera.
Read to learn, Locka!

An absolutely ludicrous opinion. If Domenech honestly fails to identify any difference between United and Tottenham, then he's truly lost the plot. Wow.

Ha! Fair point. I'm sure there would be plenty of France internationals who would agree that his views don't merit much consideration.I think its safe to dismiss the opinion of a man who once picked his team based on players star signs.
Not only cannot differentiate between Spurs and United, he claims that Arsenal, Chelsea and City are bigger clubs. Thought he was a clown when he managed France, but now it looks like he needs some professional help.An absolutely ludicrous opinion. Sounds bitter over something. The Evra-France issue perhaps?

... we ... are considered a big club by everyone. .... It's a universal truth that is understood by all.
Well Domenech must be the only person with this opinion, as I'd assume most of the footballing world would agree United are one of the biggest. Not the greatest timing for your post, given the comments of Domenech ...

I can't believe your using this as a stick to beat us with (especially considering he thinks Spurs ain't a big club either - well tbf they aren't but water is wet). Pathetic WUM.Not the greatest timing for your post, given the comments of Domenech ...
