How good is Chris Smalling?

not mine but these made me laugh........

"This might be the first time Chris Smalling has truly terrorised the left wing"

"What's the difference between Chris Smalling and Ryan Giggs? Giggs believes in 72 virgins before death"

"I don't know why everyone's so surprised. Smalling's been Shi'ite all season."

Had Jager and Red Bull taped too him. Very stupid, obviously, but clever in that respect.

Still not as self-destructive as Fabio at right back.

 This did not get enough recognition.

It was a private party in his own home. Nothing story, end of.

Im waiting to hear Peter Herberts verdict on this.

I want a Jaegerbomb....yum

Once you get past Chris, a pair of tits on page 3 you might get an actual snippet of news on page 6/7

What a rag the Sun is

And then they sit there wondering why there is no more characters in sport nowadays. Everything is scrutinized.

Some people want him fined for this? :wenger:

Nice costume, I didn't know he was funny lad, I always felt he was too serious for young lad.

There is nothing wrong with it but should have known someone was going to take a photo. Will be forgotten about by the weekend.

This happened in the privacy of his own home. If I was Chris, I'd be more concerned with who leaked the photo. What he does in his own home, is his right, whether right or wrong.

I'm disappointed that he's apologizing. That way he's admitting it was wrong. Who is he apologizing to?

Chris ready to make an apology on MUTV.

It's the alcoholics he offended that I feel sorry for. Sell him. Disgrace to the club.

It was in his private home, right? Few things to write about these days? What a load of bollocks!

It's a good thing we can find something to smile about when United is the headline these days though :nervous:

Twitter and mixed-forums have totally exploded (LOL) over this. A private party at his own home with close friends. He's dressed as a JAGERBOMB. It perhaps would have been ill-advised if he'd paraded around Manchester in the outfit, but he didn't. A picture has made it's way into the press, of Chris Smalling, in his own home, dressed as a JAGERBOMB.

Slow news day. How they've combined it with the Hitzlesperger story is baffling too.

Tomorrow's papers, well at least the mail, have quotes from 7/7 victims saying how appalled they are at having to see the photo, blame the fecking press then for printing it

The level of sanctimony involved in the coverage of footballers' lives away from the game is almost enough to kill my lingering interst in the sport. Considering the competition it's a remarkable achievement, but the press really are the worst thing about football in this country.

I can't wait to see him at RB again, and the commentator mentioning him "bombing forward" ... I don't know which feckwit I want it to be, but hopefully there is an uproar when he says it and he gets sacked.
