Hirving Lozano | PSV Player

His dad says it's all done.

Literally who but get in, delighted with him, always been a fan.

His dad is a muppet, no doubt.

I've known about him for a solid 10 years. I still remember his debut for Pachuca U20, the boy flew across the pitch. I knew he was destined for great things and called his likely future transfer to MUFC already back then.

No, but seriously, I wonder if this signing is also a bit of Mexican and US market thing.

Come on, first Eric Bailly, now this. You're milking it

Never heard of him but I have way more faith in Mourinho for transfers than LVG or moyes.

If he comes then it's obviously because jose sees something in him which im happy for.

It's good that Jose is signing young, talented players like Bailly and Lozano as well as experienced players like Zlatan, as it means he is thinking about the long-term as well as the short-term. A good blend of experience and youth is best. I think we need at least one more experienced, leader-type player, and I think that player should be a centre back, as I think we need another centre back, but so far so good.

Talking about Aubameyang and Mkhitaryan in the Lozano thread?

Mkhi won the Players player of the year and Aubameyang another one, probably the journalists and coaches player of the year.

From what I see of him, he seems to be a very good winger rather than striker. Media is saying striker but he doesn't seem to have attributes. I maybe completely wrong though

This will be a really weird transfer if it happens. So, I'm guessing it's bullshit.

Apparently it's true and they are already looking for a home according to father in law (he seems to be very influential person)
Edit: never thought FIL had so much say in everything

Don't think loaning him back to Mexico is a good option. If he's signed, he should be loaned out to a PL (Hull, Burnley, Middlesbrough, Bournemouth etc.) or a Championship club.
Why loan him in the first place. Let him learn from Zlatan (if he ŕeally is a striker).

If his father in law is looking for advice about living in England we can safely say he wont be loaned outside of the country.

Don't understand why we'd wait until after Olympics? Surely you want to get it down ASAP? Not as if Olympics doesn't start for a while yet.

Excellent player who has no problem using both Left and Right feet with ease!

We should get him before the Olympics.

Surely we needed a player with a bit more quality? But if he turns out like Martial I won't complain.

It says he should join United after the Olympics

This all seems similar to the hector herrera rumors while back which just gained intensity and then went toy quiet before he ended up at Porto.

Depends on our plan for him, doesn't it? Come in and demolish all round, we probably do, squad depth with lots of upside, he's perfect, prospect to loan out is another option.

Feck knows what Mourinho's plans are really. Some reports saying he wants to build a 4-3-3(around Pogba), but most of his more recent teams have played 4-2-3-1, not to mention a strong history with diamond systems.

We have a habit of throwing away bright talents like Januzaj to focus on other inferior talents.

We chose Evans over Pique
We chose Cleverley over Pogba
You probably received a few alerts over this post but here's another:

United have a habit of signing players to appeal to certain markets. We signed Howard for the US market, Chicharito for the Mexican market, Dong and Park for the Asian market and eventually we'll probably sign some Indian guy.

Granted Chicha and Park were top players for us. And I liked Howard too. I'm just saying what the initial purpose of it was. Makes sense with United being a big global brand.

He should give up on the Olympics if he's really signing. He already played a tournament in the summer and that pre-season could be vital for him. Wonder if United could convince him into doing that.

Don't think he'll be a starter if he comes so it's a good stage to get some experience.

I was thinking a bit more recent that this, it seems very similar to the Embolo stuff.

Can't comment on the guy quality/potential, as I can't even notice him when he played in last year Copa and this year Copa, just saying he will need plenty of luck to even show his real potential. Why? Statistically, he has played an insane amount of games, then goes to Copa and Olympic. PL is the most physical and fitness demanding league too.
