Feck Dortumund, so unprofessional from them.

I hope they slide down the table again next season and disappear for years on end.

A club that constantly sells its best players to its greatest rival can go feck itself tbh.

Funny considering how we bought just 1 player more from them than you have.

I used to admire Dortmund as a club, but since they capitulated against Liverpool in that Europa league tie and their general behaviour this summer they're just another bunch of jumped up squirts. They will forever be in Bayern's shadow.

Its one thing selling to another league and another selling to your own competition.

Exactly. Losing one player I felt sorry for them.. to lose another just demonstrates weakness. Before long we will be CL contenders and we will see what cheeky statements they make when we sign their next big talent. #feederclub

No, it isn't. I get why you trying to make it so, though. That way you claim the moral highground on how bad we are while pissing your pants out of laughter when it's you buying one of their gems.
For Dortmund it doesn't make a difference to whom they are losing their key players to, as long as they are losing them. Dortmund selling to us or not also doesn't change anything about our spending power.
Losing Hummels to Utd instead would have just meant us buying another high profile CB elsewhere.

FFS, some people are really touchy.

The german league have always been a bit weird to me. All players that develop into something special seems to end up in Munich. Some even come through the youth systems and are born in f.e. Dortmund and should have some deeper connection. But still end up in the bavarian team.

Bayern is and have been the superior team for quite some time. In Spain, Italy and over here it's more than one team that usually fight for the title. But still shouldn't be a reason for leaving for them. If I was born in Manchester, came through the ranks and developed into a fine player... I'd rather kill myself than put on a Liverpool shirt... if they were the british counterpart to Munich and we were Dortmund.

Am I making any sense? :P

All the hate for Dortmund in this thread; just remember that they have Ole's 99' CL Final shirt hanging up in their own club museum. I still like them as a club despite the petty dig.

So excited about the Mickey signing; can't wait for us to confirm it

Not because they love Solskjaer or United. I hated them from the beginning, club full of cnuts. My cnut of a brother supports them for a long time too, which doesnt help.

Like who?

Tbh, I don't see the big difference to your league. Bigger eats smaller. Players like Ferdinand, Rooney or Shaw weren't Utd academy products either. The reason why Bayern stands out is because they are the only team in Germany which experienced excellent management over a long period.
Not much different to the PL, where Utd dominated in the same manner before you had an influx of sugar daddies pouring in.
Dortmund is still on a good path, though. If they continue on like that, they'll be able to catch up to us in a couple of years. You can't just expect something like this to happen overnight.

Listen! If you had a girl whom you really liked and she was hot too. You work in a good bank position and take her yearly to a holiday destination. You have been living with her for some time now and married to her, suddenly a guy comes along who has a shiny new porsche, but has no job .... and your girl falls for him, asks you to let her go, you try convincing her but ahhhhhh her best friend keeps saying to go for porsche guy, which makes things even more difficult since she listens to her best friend and follows her...
You try telling her that the guy doesn't have a job, just has a beautiful sports car and he won't be able to take you to the holiday destination every year which you really love ......... but alas, the lure of that handsome guy with porsche is too much and she still wants a divorce
So when you will send a divorce letter to your girl, wouldn't that be filled with words like missing out on miami beaches and her likes for armani clothes

I know you may not like the analogy here but try seeing things from their perspective... they are bitter because they are hurt ... they are partying ways against their desires
That reminded me of a Needham special.

We don't control the online shopping page directly so technically it wasn't our doing.

Probably Monday now, Giggs left today maybe they would find it more respectful announcing it another day.

Hopefully its later tonight but I get the feeling if Dortmund didn't make the announcement they would have held off until tomorrow or Monday.

Tbf, they had to take some nasty hits over the past weeks. Hummels kept rubbing it in to them, which didn't help either:lol:
Bottom line, it's all good for everyone. Utd got the player they've wanted, BVB got some money, and there is now enough room in the squad to give our future signings enough game time.
I'm happy:drool:

Good deal for everyone except Dortmund ;)

Not to Mario Gotze.

I'm guessing the same time we announced Zlatan, 6pm.

Feck sake, went on twitter and my heart skipped a beat when I saw United made a tweet. Turns out it was this

The good corner gave it away, it's fake.

So what they took a little dig at us. Big deal. They'rr losing Micki so they felt the need to poke us and him a bit.

The English media clueless again continuing to report that nonsense 26m£ for him, when in reality it is more around 35m£ and thats not a bargain at all. People who believe that laughable 26m£ number are as clueless as the English media. After the disgusting behaviour by Raiola and Mkhitaryan (again), who did the same dirty stuff with Shakhtar before joining Dortmund, its no wonder that they are having a dig at him. Raiola and Mkhi have been classless and thats what you get. Dortmund got what they wanted and squeezed over 40m€ out of United for a guy with just one year contract, so in the end both parties are happy. I m pretty sure, they wont deal with Raiola ever again.

Just pretend we are FC Bayern Manchen and it will be all okay

Zlatan, Micky signed up already. Perfect start to Mourinho's reign. Who would have thought 6 months ago that we'd end up with those 3 signings. Jesus wept, this is fantastic

Fast, strong, quick thinking, good movement on the break, confident in possession, confident out of possession, breathes fire, natural leader, great vision, shoots laser beams out of his arsehole, can recite the entirety of War and Peace in twelve different languages at the same time.
Yes I'm doing this for every signing this summer, sod off Cina.

Great signing, its going to be awesome preseason.

Suppose it wouldn't reflect on them nicely to say "Moved from eight times German champions to twenty times English champions" similar to what they did for Gundogan deal. Fair play for taking that part out! I found it funny, to be honest.

Welcome Mkhitaryan!
