Country/farming folk here would say bitch in reference to a female dog, similarly i’ve found people who sport/hunt their dogs would be likely to also. I’m sure they’ve heard it all their lives and to them it’s the most natural use of the word

The inference is that only white people can be racist, which then infers that Hitler wasn't racist because the Jews weren't black.
What is the term when an ethnicity considers themselves superior to another ethnicity, even if they have the same skin color? For example, when a German thinks he's superior to a Frenchman? Or superior to a Dutchman?
