He is over a third of the way to Jimmy Greaves' record. Quite amazing. If he can stay fit then anything is possible for him - Greaves, Shearer, etc.
He isn't a pace and dribbling merchant on FIFA, must be crap. He's fecking quality. He can score such a wide variety of goals. I find it bewildering that some can't admit that he's an excellent player.
Not really. Lukaku has scored more than everyone else and 24 goals will usually get you top scorer. Thats like saying Vardy and Kane were inconsistent last season....had 25 quid on Kane for top scorer..... ended up cashing out with a smallish profit.
fantastic for him to miss those games but it also underlines the inconsistency of Lukaku
Don't even understand that considering he scores in every London derby, and with his goal against us the other day he's now scored against all the big sides in the league.Simply a very good striker. Doubters will remain about who he's scoring against and when he scores but ultimately it misses the point that over the course of a season he will consistently score goals regardless.
None of which got more than Darren Huckerby?* Has as many PL hat-tricks as Ronaldo + Bergkamp + Zola + Diego Costa + Cantona combined
100m + Rooney?
Hes great but also playing in a much better sideSame minutes as Zlatan... 53% more goals.
He's the best striker in the League in my view and is on the cusp of being one of the best in Europe.
Aye, he was sensational last night. If he keeps it up he will be the best no.9 in Europe in a few seasons. Would love him here at Utd.Same minutes as Zlatan... 53% more goals.

Anyone know what kind of contract he's on? I think he'll stay with Spurs, but Levy will have to pay up to fend off the big clubs. Should be interesting as Spurs will need to smash their wage structure to hold onto him.
To be considered that he'd have to actually do it in Europe. No doubt he's an incredible striker domestically but it hasn't yet translated over to European level. It's a similar criticism levied towards Aguero at his best. He's still young and has plenty of time, mind.Aye, he was sensational last night. Really?! That feels a bit odd, at least for someone who watches very little football outside the PL but for CL!I'd like to see him go abroad. Very rare these days that there is a genuinely world class English player, and I like seeing how they do when they go abroad.
Let's just read into the other 68 goals in 100 games then.Let's not read too much into the 4 goals. Leicester were at 5 beaches simultaneously.

He's almost missed far less "big chances" - 11 vs 18.

Great responsesYeah let's not read into the other 22 goals this season, the other 25 last season or the 21 before that. Let's see how he does next season before we pass judgment. If he was playing for any other other league in Europe with his stats the praise would be shocking.
He's done exceptionally well so far for the talent he possesses.
