Gaming Grand Theft Auto V | 2022: GTA+ (monthly GTA Online subscription) announced exclusively for PS5/Xbox Series

Producer and rapper Flying Lotus has been given his own radio station in the forthcoming Grand Theft Auto V computer game.

FlyLo FM will be one of 17 different stations featured in the game, and as well as featuring his own music - including tracks under his Captain Murphy pseudonym - the station will play songs by Tyler, The Creator, Outkast, Aphex Twin, Hudson Mohawke and Clams Casino, reports Pitchfork.

Of the game's music element, soundtrack supervisor Ivan Pavlovich has commented: "Soundtracks have been an essential part of all our games and for Grand Theft Auto V, we wanted to cover the full breadth of the modern LA scene. From Flying Lotus breaking exclusives on his own radio station FlyLo FM, to new tracks from Wavves and Twin Shadow to some incredible classic hip-hop hosted by DJ Pooh, through to the Narco Corridos of East LOS FM, Grand Theft Auto V's radio stations paint a definitive and eclectic picture of Los Santos through the sounds you’ll hear driving down the freeway."

We're creating a GTA5 crew so we can all hang out in virtual world and be friends.
 
It's on the previous page. Join us and when the game's out we'll hang around playing tennis and all. We'll all be friends, instead of Friday nights out in the city we'll pop the console on and hang out in Los Santos. Gonna be awesome.
 
I just got an email from the store that I preordered the game from saying they are opening at midnight on the 16th...

I actually think I will go down then to get it...

Does this make me eager for the game...or just sad for going out to buy a game at midnight?
 
So we get to hang out in an online world now? fecking awesome. I'm going to join this crew, real friends are for fecking benders anyway. Can't wait for this game.
 
Anyone fancy trying to make an emblem? I looked at it, but then I saw how much shit went into making the default one and cried. Using individual shapes to do shading and everything.

Think someone will be able to do a good job - I had a look at it too. The tool is pretty flexible - although outside of the pre-designed shapes it gets more complicated! So thoughts of recreating the United crest proved a touch optimistic!!

Think it will be good to have a United related emblem for us...so guess its just a case of people seeing what they can come up with!

I've made one which has the same colours as the Utd badge, but other than that looks nothing like it.
