Golf 2023

Will your man Bennett get paid as much as a professional in his position in the leaderboard would get paid?

But all that money though :( That's so much money
Well, yeah… but he had the choice to go pro and chose to compete as an amateur this year because he wanted to compete in the tournament.

He wouldn’t be playing in the Masters at all if he weren’t playing as an amateur because he qualified for it by winning the US Amateur

Spectators way too close to the green in their chairs. Koepka whould have been chipping from 20 yards further away

I think if a player hits a spectator the person they hit should have to hit their next shot

Spieth used to aim for the spectators when he had a bad angle on to the green (nobody can convince me otherwise)

Remember folks, The Masters doesn't really started until the back 9 on Sunday (i.e., last 9 holes of the tournament). It's shaping up that way with Koepka and Rahm...plus all the narratives that will continue to bring.

the feed I’m watching could hear cars reviving in the background, sounded like speedway
No speedway, but it is smack dab in the middle of Augusta proper. It’s off a state highway that is the epitome of ‘Americana,’ mile after mile of fast food places, Waffle Houses, Targets & Walmarts, & strip mall after strip mall. There is even a Hooters about a half mile west of Magnolia Lane. That’s where the sounds might have been coming.

One could drive by the entrance to Magnolia Lane their entire lives & never realize a golf course is there. ANGC couldn’t be more diametrically opposed to its surroundings if it needed to be.

Enjoying seeing that miniature golf putting grip jackass start to wobble a good bit.
