Music Glastonbury 2023

For those impressed with Rick Astley, check out the album he released a few years ago called 50. It’s cheesy as feck but it’s also banging.

How come they've changed the name?
Officially because they've decided they like stages being named after the field they're in.

They felt the need to clarify that it was not because people take issue with the fact John Peel aged 25 married a 15 year old.

Just watching Rick Astley doing The Smiths. Fecking awesome!

Rick is the MVP here. Killing it

I never realised Nina Simone sang that first, I have only ever heard The Animals do it. Will make sure I listen to her version.

Now called Woodsie's Stage, which had me confused when looking for the Editors on iPlayer
Sorry! My bad, just so used to calling it that!

After plenty of talk of whether or not people have lost their voice all weekend, Cat Stevens sounds absolutely amazing for his age.

Barely any difference from his peak.

I assumed 70 from the way she looks and is performing on stage but she’s actually 77! Fair fecks to her.

The ageing process is a terrible thing.
She was absolutely stunning. Beautiful looks and lovely hair.
Now....not so. Such a shame.

Have to say, Editors are so fecking amazing.

Just a real intensity to every song, perfect festival band.

Completely agree with you. His voice is still really good. And how many songs has he performed. Fair play.

Absolutely loved Cat Stevens - one of the first artists my dad ever made me like.

Father & Son was magic.
Same, my dad used to play him in the car all the time when I went to work with him.
Such a fantastic set, guy still has it.

That's one way of putting it

Just turned it over and it's bizarre to say the least

Yeah it's not for me but I am enjoying seeing the flag wankers on twitter bursting a vessel at it.
