Its a year off to let the ground recover , think it happens once every 5 years.
Last time was 2012 that was because they could not get enough potable loos because of the Olympics.
They always do 2 out of 3 years to give the village residents a break.

All the times I've been it was cooking. You have to get in the mindset of accepting the possibility of a washout if you get tickets. What puts me off going these days is the toilets. I might do the luxury camping thing if I ever go again.
