Gaa 2013

If you have a spare 70 mins watch our game against donegal this year, or actually any of the last 3 years.

We're not saying we're saints, buy certainly not treated evenly for the same crimes.

Well the last time I saw you lads in the flesh was the league final against the Dubs. A game you would have won if O'Neill had played. I also saw ye against Kildare in the league, a game where O'Neill put on a masterclass. I definitely didn't see refs conspiring against ye in those games. All I saw was a very impressive Tyrone outfit. One that did run down the clock though against Kildare.

Who I fancy today (posted in another thread):

Looking forward to the action, whatever happens.

I'd agree that the Mayo/Donegal game is ridiculously close to call and that it is closer than the 13/8 on offer for Donegal, but I think your analysis will fall down on the basis that Donegal aren't at the races like they were last year, fitness doubts over key players etc. I think Mayo by 2 or 3.

Jesus, that's horseshit. Can you give any examples of that, using yesterday's game for example?

It's funny, I never hear Armagh fans complaining like that, or Antrim fans, Derry fans etc. Just Tyrone, all the time. It's tedious.

The first yellow we got yesterday for an off the ball block, the same exact thing happened against us 2 mins later and no yellow. I'll go through the game again and find more if I get time.

Kerry blackguarding here in the second half. They can forget about beating the top teams if they go asleep for ten or fifteen minutes like this. Cork nearly caught them and they're being very lacklustre in this second half.

Good God. This is atrocious from Kerry and a huge concern for them should they even get over the line today. Dublin, Mayo/Donegal and even Tyrone would have ten points on the board in the time Kerry would wake up, and by then it would be too late.

Atrocious.

Another ridiculous tackle from behind leaves Cooper down injured now. It's high-time referees were allowed give red cards for these dangerous and cynical tackles now before the game is ruined. It's gone beyond a joke at this stage.

1-03 to 0-02 now after ten minutes. Cillian O'Connor with the goal for Mayo. Frank McGlynn was caught by a very heavy shoulder to the chest from Aidan O'Shea, which he was booked for.

That's just the way we want it, creep along under the radar...

Donegal shellshocked. I've never seen them being so overpowered in the middle third before, not to mention how every one of their defenders is being beat up a stick.

Unreal.

I don't like Kerry and Tyrone because the beat us. A lot. And well. I don't like the style of Nor'n football, but it's not a 6 counties thing, that Donegal team a couple of years ago are the worst bunch ever to take a field.

Tyrone do push the limits Irwin whether you see it or not. Personally that doesn't bother me unless it's used to beat us, but it does bother folk. It's not just because of geography. Meath were the same in the 90's and hated too.

Donegal being made look like an u12 team.

Colm was beside him when he fell, so Sean wasnt the last man. So stick your professional foul shizzle up yer dizzle Mr Magoooo...

There's no such thing as the "last man" rule. It's for denying an obvious goalscoring opportunity.

The Dublin lads will be shitting themselves watching this. Tyrone might as well not turn up the next day as the semi-final is a formality.

Nah, I'm excited to be honest, that Dublin team has a classic game in them if pushed.

Mayo could have another 3 or 4 goals. Donegal piss poor at the back, Mayo finding space all over the place.

The semi will be a classic I think

Hope so, to be honest a few years ago I'd have sold my mother to win an All Ireland, now I just want a really great game, and if we are to lose I'd rather lose to Kerry, I do a good bit of work in Mayo and it's full of cnuts.

Glad it's Donegal on the receiving end too. Worst team I've seen at Croker.

Yep, awful team. Mayo are being ridiculously professional if you know what I mean.

Even then, Rob stopping a thunderous shot in the last minute, over twenty points up, after having nothing to do.

Mayo were total underdogs that day, though. Donegal are the reigning All-Ireland champions here to put it into perspective.

It puts into perspective what undeserving champions they were too. I hate them so much I can't believe they are not Brits.

Sorry Irwin.

That was a serious performance from us. Just ruthless. Donegal were poor but they were made look poor. Total domination.

Spotlight is on us now to keep that up, we will be odds on favourites against Tyrone and we will have to deal with that. Time to fecking win one now.

I can see you losing in the final again, if Dublin get knocked out, I hope your lot win it.
