I think it's weird that people still think we're just blindly negotiating with Barcelona in the hope he'll say yes at the end of it, We would have quite clearly sounded him out first and he's said he's keen on coming.

Fairly sure if he didn't want to come here we wouldn't have bothered with all this and he would have said so to ETH. He is not going to say he wants to move because Barca are trying to stiff him for the 17M in deferred wages they owe him and so he is using the only leverage he has to make them pay up which is to stay put and feck up their wage structure. Once Barca agree a payment plan he will be on the first plane out of there.

We wouldn't be stupid enough, and the agents wouldn't be stupid enough to say to United that he's open to the move, then go back to them and say he categorically doesn't want to move. Yes he's got a lot right, but as others have pointed out, a lot of the times, he just confirms what others have said with a Here we go haha. Not going to lie, i do rate him, but when you have reporters who are very close to the club saying something very different, it's hard to believe Romano
