The Caf's Ezza.
Thieves creaming themselves at the thought of him coming to ManchesterThe vibes from him couldn’t be any more Di Mariaesque.

While we are at it, we should also look for next Ronaldo and Messi!Scour the world and find the next FdJ.
That interview.... What a ****
Just stop.That interview.... What a ****
What's he done wrong?
He doesn't want to leave Barcelona. Understandable.
He says he knew he wouldn't be starting at the beginning of the season but wants to try and force his way back in.
It's not the worst thing I've heard from a footballer and I'm guessing there'll come a point, if he can't get himself in the team, he will move on.
Top footballers not playing at their peak are losing precious time, it's usually the attitude of players who know they aren't good enough to start and won't get better offers somewhere else. I get the money argument but the ultimate majority of world class players won't accept a bench role, a lot of them end up leaving for less money even, those who sit and collect their checks usually amount to nothing. I also think it'll cost him financially long term.
No matter how you look at it, it reflects badly on him.
I don't think so, not if he gives it a go for a season. I think he's entitled to do that and it makes sense. Likes where he is, huge money, anybody would want to do what they can to make it work.
Obviously f he stays there for years and there's no changed then yeah, it'll be waste.
Its very black and white for fans. He must leave immediately or his character is questioned.
It's a bit harsh.
You stay only if you're welcome to, but if you're asked to leave then the intentions are clear and you're only wasting a year of your short career.

Don't give me hope!
Anyway I'm delusional for still wanting him but imagine him instead of Fred today, wouldn't it have been nice?
Is anyone surprised? This is the same guy who pique refused to give the seat to him or his girlfriend. The official requested pique to shift somewhere else which he refused and reacted angrily right infront of him and that made his girlfriend go in the back row to sit alone and Frenkie just sat in the front row a few seats next to pique whist looking at her and smiling about the unfortunate events.Zero backbone. Frenkie Do Ormat.

Was the best of their starting midfielders, but he really has no place in the current system they use. Kroos dominated him, and when he dropped into the pivot he was largely ineffectiveHow did he play today? Will he keep his place? Seemed decent from the highlights, but I think he lost the ball for Real’s penalty.
I hope ETH will stay away from him
That was clear to see. So you do wonder why we insisted on running after him even though he said he decided in May already. His choices aren’t just footballing ones. He’s happy in Barcelona, has a beautiful villa, likes the weather and culture, is on massive wages, owed a lot of money and has a fiancé who doesn’t want to leave.
he has no desire to leave. We should avoid players that don’t want to come here. No matter how good.

"I didn't fancy her anyway".
Is it a weak character to preserve against this level of adversity? Stubbornness maybe but I wouldn't call it weak. In the end, no one knows what the true story is. There's definitely a money issue but rest is all half truths I think.More like "Don't fancy him now" (even though I was meh for getting him in the summer, seemed like he wanted to stay there desperately).
But this recent interview (if true) of the club spreading lies but him staying anyways shows weak character. Hard pass.

I hope by next summer we have 3-5 very good alternatives ready and can finally move on and improve our midfield continuously
He's had ample opportunity. He's the ultimate ****. I'd rather have Barnes or Noble play for us than FDJ at this point. He should leave as soon as possible. Pique is a prime example of why: he is in business getting contracts with LaLiga earning millions and wants to be president when he retires. Corrupt and a cnut.
I’d still love to see him at United. Watching him elude the press gives me joy.
