French Open 2012

Nadal's gone into his hit it too short mode now. Was an easy point away from 4 nil and now 3-3

I'm very pleased with the French camera man never wasting a chance to zoom in on hot women.

This set is more important for rafa to win, otherwise it could be a little bad for him mentally.

Well nadal breaks
The key for him is to play from near the baseline

Nadal breaks thanks to loads of Djoko errors and a double on break point. The quality of tennis has been surprisingly sub standard today.

Two brilliant winners from Djokovic there. Still far too many errors from these two guys. Maybe it's the conditions but it's been poor stuff.

Nadal surprised by that tame second serve there. Djoko a bit insecure.

Nadal will beat djokovic. Quick break after he wins the first set.

Nadal shat on djokovic there. I felt djokovic would win in every of his earlier gs final encounters, but this one is for nadal. Djokovic needs an injury from nadal or someone else fluking a win in an early round vs nadal to win the french... Just like federer.

Nadal is 4/10 on breakpoints(out of which 2 were djokovic with double faults) while djokovic is 2/2 o brealpoints, just shows how strong he is mentally.

 Nothing player? Bollocks. 3-0 down in the first and he came back to 3-3. It shows he can get at Nadal.

His double backhand is not functioning and he needs to serve better, but he can win this still.

First set, both players getting into their stride, so it was messy. Problem is, nadal is picking things up whereas djoko is not.

Will nadal get another break? Wouldn't rule it out, djokovic is serving badly and nadal wins most points on djoko's second.

Two sets up soon.

He's not making things any harder for nadal than some of nadal's earlier opponents. And they were were nothing players, and that's what I mean.

Frustrating, because I had hoped to see the first man to hold all four grandslams since rod laver?

He most certainly is making harder than other opponents. He has already broken him twice(only been broken once in the whole tournament).
