I'm fed up of the constant barrage of press interviews. Not everything is a mind game you meaningless fecks.
Just leave your assistant to deal with em.

Just had a look. On Classic, at least, it's just the one league.
I think it'll be a challenge enough though, with just the one league.
Not actually sure how qualification for the Champions League works there. Looks like three clubs start off in the Europa League qualification rounds in 2014.
Maybe they don't even have a Champions League qualification slot - which would be another thing to try to achieve.
The standard is very poor. You can find better players in the Conference South/North.
Would be a fun save. Extremely hard though.
Would be interesting to see what would happen if you eventually started doing well in Europe, and raking the money in.
Obviously you'd become a big name and have a stadium expansion.
Your youth facilities would mean better youth, and you could sell them to other clubs in Wales to increase the overall standard.
But surely there's a limit to how big a club can become, considering the population of Wales.
Hmmm....
Yeah.Aye it's just the one league in the full game too, gonna have a look at a few of the teams now and give it a go I think. Think developing youth is the best route to go down as however well you end up doing in Europe eventually it'll still be a shite league for the most part so it'll be hard to attract decent players from anywhere else.
Yeah.
Usually I wouldn't go for one of the top teams in the league, but I will for this save. Well, I'll choose one of the clubs already in the Europa League qualifiers. Just gives a decent base to start from.
Still a hard enough task, and choosing one of the weaker teams would just add another five years+ to the whole 'project'.
Even getting into the group stages will be a tough ask, but if it's somehow managed, the club would be in a seriously strong position going forward.
Could end up like Celitc in the SPL, but if the club keeps their finances in order they might be able to get the youth system to a level where we don't need to sign load of players to compete in Europe.
Because the reality is that there will never be a point where we can attract the elite players.
Gone for Port Talbot as I wanted a decent enough squad but didn't fancy Europe in the first season after realising how shite the standard of player is in this league so thankfully they aren't in EL/CL.
Yeah think the only real option is to develop from within and hope you can get a decent run past the qualifiers going to bring in some money from Europe. Only allowed 4 loans aswell so you can't exactly rely on many of them to boost your squad a bit, gonna be tough.
If you skip first pre-season they're all out of Europe anyway.
Think I'm gonna go for Bala.
Though I'm extremely tempted to go for one of the media favourites...
TNS are so tempting. But they're the only professional club. It's almost cheating.
But then they were tonked 7-0 on aggregate by Dinamo on my save.
Still work to do, and at least the league would be almost a certainty. Could put all the focus into doing well in Europe.
Decisions....
Awesome.Think I might jump on this too...we can all compare how horribly we're doing![]()
How many seasons in?Has anyone signed Gabriel Barbosa? I asked the Arsenal board to get him for me and they did for £36m. He arrived in Jan and has scored 12 in 12.
How many seasons in?
I signed him for Man Utd on a save. Immense player, and versatile.
Ahhhh, makes much more sense, was thinking your board overpaid by 30 or so million.Signed him Jan 2018. 15 goals in 13 games now after a hattrick.
Awesome.
I've been a bit cheeky and gone TNS. I think they're the only professional club in Wales. But it's a tough enough task getting them to do anything in Europe without having to topple them domestically with a smaller club first. I simmed the first pre season, and by then they'd lost 7-0 on aggregate to Dinamo Zagreb in one of the qualifier rounds.
This is going to be a long, hard save.
No doubt it'll have me pulling my hair out, so I'll probably do a Madrid save on the side, for some instant gratification whenever I need it.
don't feel so bad. I did the same thing and chose TNS also. Thought it would save a bit of time having a somewhat established team already.
Got matched up with Maribor in the qualifiers. Drew 1-1 away and thought we might be onto something. .. but lost the return leg 2-4 at home. Bit gutted after the good showing in the first leg, but didn't expect to get past that round anyway, so tried to keep things in perspective.
11 games played in the league so far, sitting in 1st, 4 points clear. picked up a couple of free transfers, 19 year Olds, rated 4 stars against my current squad so they slotted in nicely.
Got the board to agree with my philosophy of bringing through youth, so hopefully I can start laying the foundation for our young talent to come through and take the world by storm!
I did my first four league games yesterday. Three wins and a draw.
Managed to get Freddy Eastwood on a free. Got the board to increase my wage bill a bit.
Let a few high earners go, and then basically went through the teams in the league and attempted to sign as many of the impressive 'key players' and 'hot prospects' from their main pages as I could.
Basically, trying to weaken my competition.
I'm quite looking forward to this. All it'll take is one year in Europe. Reputation will increase, as will finances. May take years and years though.
You did well in the Qualifiers. Maribor aren't bad.
I think that's going to be the most frustrating thing. Playing out a long season, and then going out early in Europe. Extremely demoralising.
On the upside, you well and truly nailed the Arsenal way.![]()
Ugh. Only final I won was against Championship opposition. So frustrating.
On the upside, you well and truly nailed the Arsenal way.
The good news is that a player I signed for free last season has just been sold for 10 million pound less than 12 months later.
Thank you Amidu Salifu.
