Can't be arsed with starting a save with United, just lose interest mega fast for some reason. Leaning towards Everton again, gutted I lost my Derby save as I was hoping for long term dominance with them. Can't be arsed to start again with them at the moment though.

How do you train your players?

I have no real definitive answer for that. I just give them training that I feel that they could use. I don't really pay attention to suggestions from the staff.

My team training is mostly set to Team Cohesion most of the time, sometimes tactics if it needs some extra work.

I do find it important to have a good back room staff though. I've found that helps a great deal with player development. In fact I've only recently just finished firing/hiring staff to get better coaches.

I'm just squaring up for a match, had the option to postpone it, because of international call ups, Notts County, nah, should be well able to sort them out even with a semi-depleted squad.

Match day, "Oh look, both my keepers unavailable, *clicks show U21's*, oh look, my U21 keeper unavailable."

So, welcome to the team mr grey list....... Ironically named Thomas Guest.

Never get good grey list players. Saw a grey list LB play against me once in a match with Barca. Best full back I've ever seen. Mind bogglingly good.

When you do individual training, do you train a specific attribute or do you do train an entire role?

If there is a specific attribute that I feel could be better I will focus on that but if not I train roles to fit into my system. The vast majority of the time I train roles though.

Really pleased with Pedersen, turning into a good little player:

Cheers, I just guessed complete as he seems to have a bit of every thing besides the strong physicality.

Yeah he does. I've never really had any success playing with a CF, AF always seems to just work for me.

I'll have an experiment with it, see how he does.

Kid's good!

Just noticed, while I was tying up staff contracts, and bringing in a few better, that despite having shite facilities, I must have one of the better coaching teams in Europe. Everyone 4-4.5 stars. Pretty good for a League One team.

Now if I could steal Crewe's training centre and youth recruitment......

That right there is what it's all about. I'm annoyed that i can't do anything to improve mine ATM.

Just had a sneaky look on the editor as I was curious. Mines rated at 17/20. Despite this I still get utter dross every year.

I keep asking for mine to be upped, no good, Chairman is happy with things as is.

Probably doesn't help that I just sealed promotion to the Championship, in my first season in League One. Which is an upgrade on my pace of advancement, before this it was a strict, 1st season mid table, 2nd season league won pattern.

Been looking around on the SI forum and a guy from SI said:

Generally speaking your board will need to be committed to youth development (some are, some aren't) and your rating will need to be below what would be expected for a club of that size. The chances are most sides probably have recruitment networks which already reflect their club stature in the starting DB so to begin with many sides won't have the opportunity to upgrade to begin with. If however you improve your sides rep over time then the opportunity to raise the youth recruitment network will become available, finances permitting.

Also Andreas Pereira just got his 100th goal for me. Quality player!

Pereira's form the last 5 games

Averages 9.2 over the 5 games with 7 goals, 7 assists!

I just played a team managed by Bielsa which also had my ex goalkeeper and winger. You can imagine how that went. Winger scored two despite being shocking for me and the keeper had a stormer. They also kept possession like gods and played me off the park.

Need one win from my last two games to win the league. Also in the German Cup final third year running.

Next game features Bas Dost and Nicolai Muller, two other shitty ex players of mine. Dominate the game, miss every single chance and then Muller crosses to Bas Dost to score the winner. Oh they had ten men too. This game is so retarded sometimes.

Still, Bayern lost to Dortmund so I win the Bundesliga :D

Finished my season late last night, clinching my 8th league title in a row and also breaking the record points total (also set by me). :D

Pretty much out of the UCL though, got a tough group of United, Shakhtar and Brondby, the latter are actually a very decent team on my save and beat Shakhtar and drew with United. Both of them hammered me but I managed to beat Brondby 3-2 at home.

I've not gone past the group stage for a few years so I'm starting to worry about my coefficient a little bit. I must find a way to progress further in the Champions League. Doing that will probably take me 4-5 years though as the club is very low on funds after upgrading training/youth facilities and a lot of my players are very young, the average age of the team is now around 20/21.

Thats just making excuses for myself though and I know I should be doing better. Maybe next year when the UCL comes around I will start resting players in the league to give more priority.

I say that we are low on funds but have recently sold a few players which has brought my balance up to around 10 million. On the transfer front I can't see many coming in in the impending window. I also worked out (forgetting that the totals are in the manager history  ) over my 8 seasons I've spent 37.5 Million but raked in 63 Million, which is pretty massive for me considering the club is only worth around 20 - 25 million. I'm now also officially World class in rep :)

Got total crap in my intake once again this year. Also does anyone know if you have to be over a certain age to get a son?

Real are a bit of a mess. Nacer Chadli is here ffs. I've bought a few players from Wolfsburg as I know they're class. Need to get rid of a lot of shit though.

Just managing 10 years, IIRC once you've managed the 10 years you can't be too young that having a teenager son is weird.

Got a decent-ish draw in the Europa. Panathanikos then Rangers/Inter. Pleased with that. Avoided City, Monaco, Porto etc. until at least the QF's

Got offers of 5 Million from PSG, United, Monaco and City for this young Fin. Signed for 125k last year

I think I should take it but the fact 4 top clubs all jumped on him immediately for 5 million makes me think he's going to be good.

Pretty much know that if he was on a CPU team and you were buying, he'd be about 15-20m.

Yaya Toure was sad that City didnt qualified for the CL, and my board got him for me  In 2016/2017 now and my midfielders are two out of Thiago, Vidal, Touré, Powell and Fellaini
