Gaming Football Manager 2009

Just curious and would actually really appreciate it if someone could help me out here?

I've just gotten a new laptop, more or less for the sake of FM!

Now, I'm having trouble finding any rapidshare links..

Apparently they haven't been able to crack it, according to someone earlier in this thread(can't be arsed looking for it).

And since you bought a laptop for FM, would it really be that difficult to spend the extra few quid on the game itself?

Oh, fair enough then mate! Really strange they couldn't crack this.

Well, after buying the laptop will have to probably spend a good few months till my pay cheques come in before I can buy it or order it in since am totally broke right now .. :(

If this was true, I wouldn't have been playing the game for the last few months.
 
Cant find a crack myself to be honest.

Been hell trying to get a , and it's impossible to find fecking reg codes
 
I know a guy who knows a guy who has a dog who knows a guy who is running a cracked version. Took a while to get it to work he says and he hasnt got the latest patch in case it messes it up.

He got it off a torrent from btjunkie, or so he said. Then he had to download another torrent for a fix - because if you crack this version of the game, you arent able to go on holiday, ever. But with the fix downloaded and correctly applied, the game works perfectly. Except for the latest patch which he's not running, obviously.

Not true, Ive been using a cracked version since day one, had no holiday issues and no update issues.

Depends which crack you downloaded I guess.

Then again, Smurf did give me his CD code so that could be a reason I have had no issues.

Yep, that'll be it. 'He' used a crack to not need a cd code. That doesnt allow you to go on holiday. But with the fix, and copying over a few files, that gets sorted.

Well of course that's the fecking reason, diptard. You've installed the game completely legally that way, no wonder it works :rolleyes:

To be fair I found the best crack. I had to pay £30 or so for it, and then install it off some CD and input a code, but now it works perfectly AND I get to use patches.

But the game itself was downloaded so you never know.
 
Just deleted my saved game by accident in my documents, very annoying. Thankfully I wasn't doing too great and I only got it last week so only half a season in.
 
I'm now probably the furthest I have ever been into a FM game, 2013. After promoting Peterborough to the Championship Udinese came in for me mainly because I started as an International footballer for once, took Udinese to 3rd in my first season then 4th the next whilst getting to the quarter finals of the Champions League. Aston Villa then came in for me and I took them to 2nd in the league in my first season with their strong squad and I am now in March of my second season currently 2nd behind United but only 4 points behind compared to 20 odd the last season, Quarters of the UEFA Cup after finishing 3rd in the CL Group.

Really enjoying playing this game at the moment, first time since CM01/02.

Okay I'm bored enough to get the 9.2.0 patch now. I haven't really gotten into FM2009 that much compared to 2008 to be honest with you - I played 3 seasons as us in 2008 and won the Treble, then Quad, and then the Septuple - I'd feel slightly proud if I'd set the game on a high difficulty, but as it was all I did was adopt a 4 - 3 - 2 - 1 with Scholes Carrick and Hargeaves in the middle, Anderson and Ronaldo in behind Tevez - Anderson got 26 goals that season!

I think now I'll play as a League 1 side and see how far I can take it. Any idea who? I'm thinking Yeovil, only because my old man always liked the sound of their name.

One thing I have had come up in my QPR game, is my squad harmony dropping to under 10% at the start of the season. Which is a little odd as I finished fifth and qualified for Europe, I've got it upto 35% by loaning out some youngsters and selling a couple of squad players wanting to play.

Also been really positive in press conferences and in match team talks.

Any other way to boost morale?
 
Matri start of game £200,000. Good for Championship and lower Premier League sides.

Although I sold him for £2.7m in my 4th season with QPR.

It's REALLY fecking me off, my Newc team is amazing but that has no relevance in this game when someone with 1 for long shots scores a 25 yarder against me...
 
Fancy going as Hoffenheim and hoping the squad is worth like £100,000,000 in a few seasons.

It happens to me ALL the time. The only points I drop are when I have like 18 shots, 10 on target, 5 clear cut chances and I draw 1-1 with the other team having 3 shots and 1 on target.

It's been a weird game to follow. I'll get back to when I'm doing my next FM Experiment, which will be with the latest patch (the one that isn't out yet), where Arsenal aren't still the best thing since sliced bread.
