It's the same as ours 2 years ago isn't it? The 'Moyes kit'

Hope they have as much good fortune in it..

I dislike that collar now as much as when our players were burdened with it two years ago. At the same time I'm glad to see City getting our hand-me-downs. The first sub par home shirt Nike have done for them. Gingham with a black chevron next year pls, Nike.

Slight twist to the Chelsea kits. Not sure how real this is. A little surprised to see Yokohama Tyres on the shirt, instead of just Yokohama.

That seems like such an early 90s logo. I presume it's just the word 'tyres' that makes me feel this way, because it's certainly not 'Yokohama'.

That Chelsea kit is horrible. The City away is a beaut (cnuts)

Adidas are taking over for the coming season. And following 9.

Really don't like the Chelsea shirt Lizzi posted. Looks like a poor knockoff.

We'll see the real deal this coming week I'm pretty sure. Our training line was revealed last week and looks fantastic so I'm hoping the kits are nice too.

Where have you been for the past few months?!

What does that have to do with me wishing a Nike black chevron on a gingham design for City next year? You thought I was wishing that for us?

Why aren't our kits red and yellow? We have yellow in the badge ffs. I've always dreamt of seeing our club with a red kit with hints of yellow, like the shorts/socks for instance.

Official unveiling is next Thursday. Looks much better than I thought it would.

The tyres part looks really stupid though, not sure why it's not just Yokohama.

It makes perfect sense from Yokohama's perspective, awareness of the fact they make tyres is what this is all about.

Juve and Milan third kits. As I said in the United kit thread, Adidas seems to be giving all of their top teams weird graphics on the shorts of the third kits...

Nike are still very strong on national team shirts though. Maybe that's the focus?

Brazil
France
Netherlands
England
Portugal

True, but Nike are in a very vital point right now if you look at club football. Barca's Nike contract is set to expire 2018, and some reports suggest they've been eyeing Adidas in hopes of them presenting some deal because of the recent United mega-sponsorship. It's pretty clear Nike have lost a very big brand in United, if they lose Barca too, it could be tipping point for their lack of presence in top football clubs.

Losing United is obviously a biggie, but given the amount Adidas are paying, you do wonder how much they will actually make from the shirt sales.
Maybe the margins are getting a bit thin with the top clubs. Would be surprised if they did lose Barca- that's been in place hasn't it?
