Not a slight on Saka but why was he the 5th? Where were the big names Grealish and Sterling?
Facts.I hope nobody comes up with the stupid idea to blame these young lads, especially Rashford and Sancho, who were thrown in cold here. This is entirely on Southgates head and nobody elses.
Worked pretty well for Beckham and his red card against Argentina.United will get stick now.
The same place Rashford and Sancho were when they could have actually made a difference. Not a slight on Saka but why was he the 5th? Where were the big names Grealish and Sterling?
That's a weird one. A 19-year old shouldn't have to take the deciding one.The penalty sequence was weird. Why Saka for the crucial one?
feck off you mugOH ITS ALL GONE QUIET OVER THERE!!!!
OH ITD ALL GONE QUIET OVER THERE!!!!!
OH ITS ALL GONE QUIET!!!!!!
ALL GONE QUIET!!!!!!
ALL GONE QUIET OVER THERE!!!!!!!
FORZA ITALIA!!!!
FORZA FECKING ITALIA!!!!!!!
In what planet do you have a kid shooting fifth? Was Southgate on a mission to find a new penalty miss poster boy to replace him?
100%. They should have gotten at least 10 minutes to get warm in the game. That’s a fecking thankless task to come in and do that.I hope nobody comes up with the stupid idea to blame these young lads, especially Rashford and Sancho, who were thrown in cold here. This is entirely on Southgates head and nobody elses.
It's bizzare to say the least. He must have asked for it, but he should not have been selected.Who's genius idea was it to put a 19yr old who had a terrible game as the 5th penalty taker in a European Cup final. What in the feck is that?
Three penalty misses in a row is inexcusable.
There's nothing ridiculous about an opinion. I've watched all three of them frequently in the last season. You're getting a tad bit ridiculous here. Saka is an exciting prospect, but Sancho and Grealish are a hell of a lot more proven than him, and are currently streets ahead.
