Final: Italy vs England

What is his obsession with Saka? He was rubbish against Denmark.

Was coming, Croatia all over again, far too passive from Southgate to leave us dropping deeper and deeper without any threat on the break.

Paid the price for trying to sit on the lead and not be brave enough to go for a second goal.
The reason the Italians are in the final is because they’ve had the courage to go for more at 1-0. We just sit back and invite wave on wave.

Bit wrong to put such pressure on a 19y old with all the other options on the bench.

Since we’ve scored we’ve played far too defensively, not surprising at all.

The best player England have is sitting on the bench. I really just can't understand that.

Think the game needed that badly. England forgot they were playing football.
Shambles to try close shop after 2 freaking minutes.
Sakooooo...have mercy. When England bottle this, know its cause Sancho and Rashford did not play enough

What's the point of having exciting attacking players if we're not going to use them?

True. But in this case he made a fantastic save. Not his fault that the defense was not ready afterwards.
I stand corrected after watching the replays. That was a decent save but I just can't help but feel that a good goalkeeper would have had a stronger hand on it.
