Gaming Fifa 2009

Sorry some questions here from someone looking to purchase this:

With the free trial I only really played the computer AI, going online was a mis-match as my team was 1* and the majority that I could potentially have played were 5*. So essentially when your working your way up, do you only play the computer?

Also I've heard that there are quite a few bugs, are there any that seriously hamper your enjoyment of it, or are they quite small in the grand scheme of things?
 
Oh my god!!!!

Goal difference for the last 2 games is -11. The people I have played aren't good players but somehow they've gotten everything their way everytime. So predictable they were. Pissed off now and I don't have the chance to completely destroy someone as I have to go

Going to go back on tonight after a weekend off getting pissed. I like the balance in my team but what i really need is someone like a Drogba, power and pace as Alan Hansen would say.

Both my strikers are pretty strong but don't have a lot of pace to get past these ridiculous trained up defenders that have more pace than Messi.

I like my midfield, no problems there and Boruc is pretty decent in goal. A better centre back would be useful, Rio would be the dream choice.


So all in all, a striker with a bit of pace and a better centre back. I don't care too much for crazy pacey players, i actually like to pass the ball around a bit and find space myself.
 
gave that top trumps thing a go, don't think i'll bother with that again as it's shite. Didn't help that the players I had couldn't shoot straight, one players shooting was so weak it kept rolling slowly to the keeper each time
 
feck EA and their incompetent online service.

I was in the final of a gold tournament after beating some tough players on the way and I went 1 - 0 down, was coming back into the game and suddenly I 'Lost connection to the EA servers'.

I go back on and check the tournament and I'm out of it. I realize I was losing but I could have come back into it, piece of shit should recognize it wasn't me quitting. :mad:

I can't remember but myt eam is only jsut into the Golds.

My player is currently a LM rated about 83 or something. I have Luca Toni up front with Nasri and Deco behind him. My first 2 gold players were Casillas and Frey. I was a bit pissed off. If anyone wants to swap me a silver GK and 5000 coin i'll give them Frey (90) (xbox360)
 
Theres one trophy which for some annoying coincidence I always go out in the semis because I always seem to play some spastic speed whore who's just sniffed a load of crack and has instructed every person including the linesman to attack attack attack and use constant sprinting, including gameplay cards to increase the speed of players like Torres and Ronaldo, like they bloody need to!

Every fecking person is beating me. People that I know are predictable and shit are still beating me and it's fecking me off now. They score their shit goal and celebrate like they are gods gift when I know I can beat them if I stop playing like a spastic.

Does team chemistry affect anything because my team have an inability to pass to each other

I got to the semi final of the first cup with a 2 and a half star team and lost then. Im confident with my current side i could probably win that cup now. I found it impossible to win the USA cup simply because the USA teams are so quick.

I've bought four gold packs and the best player ive got from it is jon obi mikel ffs
 
Fair do's to Solius and Stobzilla they're some teams but how many packets have you bought with real money? Cause everytime i seem to open up a gold theres feck all in there had about 8 now and all i've got is Juninho, Cicinho and Cris. Also how many coins do you average a game i only average about 450-500 as i can't play any higher than semi-pro/pro.

None with real money. I find that once I reach 5,000 and buy a gold pack, I sell most of the kits, badges and players I get unless they are really good, which in turn funds about half of the next pack, so I only need to play a few more games to buy another.

Does anyone else have the annoying problem of their own players getting in the way of passes and shots?

For fecks sake!

Winning 1 - 0 in a tournament, I get a man sent off so I pause to reshuffle, sub, etc... The time runs out before I finish so I use my last pause to put players in positions, only the fecking pause menu doesn't come up, just the 30 second counter which ticks down and back to the game.

I'm now left with bloody Iniesta and Maxi Rodriguez at CB and of course he gets an equalizer. I manage to take it to extra time and on half time in extra time the fecking menu freezes forcing me to turn off my console.

Arse.
