Well I guess that makes sense.

Currently I'm on 95 wins 6 losses.

I checked the "all time" list which combines your 08 record with your 09 and mine came up with 713 wins and 164 losses ranked 124 in the all time slot.

I beat someone with Hull when they were Barcelona and then beat the same guy with Fulham when he was Arsenal. Just played as Bolton against another guy who was Barcelona and won. He called me a cheater. Is it meant to be impossible to win with a poorer team or something?
 
I don't even know how people can call other people cheaters in console games. Some games the actual game mechanics seem to favour one team more then the other, but its all about eb and flow isnt it?

I beat a guy who was United with Birmingham, it's easy when you pass well and have a good first touch, I walked the ball into his net at one point.
 
The guy sent me a message saying "there's no way k. davies can be that fast". I replied to him with "Right stick". Then he said nah so I told him to play me again so I did. He was United this time and scored and then I scored with Davies to equalise and he quit on me.

Haha yeh i got loads of abuse for beating a few of the top teams in the World with Reading and Newastle. Was very funny - little feckin' chavs :lol:

I take it the right stick is used to go quicker? I've seen people do it against me but i don't know/havent looked up how to do it myself.

What do you do?
 
FFS, Ea is pissing me off. I don't get neither a win nor a loss even if i win or lose, it just stays the same. And i think i have won 6 in a row now, and it still stays on -2 streak. Sort it out EA.
 
you know your playing well online when you chip the keeper from the right hand touch line with the cross button as casually as you like :D
 
New form is out today. Most of our players have gone down, especially Rio who is down from about 92 to 83 :eek: Giggsy is upat 89 though

Well I don't use it that much but when you're through and you push the right stick forwards, it accelerates your player forwards quicker but with less control.

Edit, down to 82 sorry. Seems a bit extreme seeing as last week he was 94 or something. Anderson has somehow gone up to 87 whereas Fletcher is still at 81, seens a but silly tbh

Just started playing this. I started a career playing with QPR.

Anyone got any good young players to buy, players who are cheap and 18-19 years old? I like developing players and bringing them through.

QPR have feck all money so at most I can pay 500k for a player. I'm just at the end of my first season and I bought Rafael (RB), Fabio (LB), J.Evans (CB), Jack Wiltshire (LM), James Hamilton (CM) and Kevin Doyle (CF).

Anyone know any decent players? A goalie is urgently needed. I'll buy Carlos Vela to partner Doyle when I eventually have the funds.
 
Christ, Be a Pro is difficult, I'm seriously regretting setting my player as a left winger, the ball is always on the right wing, and it's fecking impossible to get positioning right without draining all your stamina in about 10 seconds.

Frustrating!
 
Where's all this ranking shit? You see the ranking in-game or on the web?

That's the great thing about it I think ,frustration. Sometimes you get to feel what you feel when you play football in the real world .

Major fecking glitch this has happened twice now... game keeps going around the stadium when a sub is made forever and then nothing happens but the camera keeps moving.
 
Anyone know how I can put Veron onto the United team? He's only an International player so I don't know how to transfer him...

Used to happen in 08, is it just online? Its a connection issue more then a glitch. A combination of the game and xbox live deciding you ha ve played enough.
 
Loving this game, had a strange issue where the game put me in the arena with Evra when it was loading up an online match and never let me out.
 
I tend to keep hitting the woodwork quite a bit now
even one game I smashed a rocket shot straight off the bar, came out to another of my players who smacked it off the post then the keeper saved the 3rd attempt

That's the biggest fecking glitch of the game, too many crossbars and posts. At times it's nice and all but when you hit it the woodwork 4,5 times in a match it gets tiring. I can't believe they fecked that up
 
Just got knocked out of the Champions League Semi's by Chelsea in shit circumstances. Was 2 - 0 up at home after a 0 - 0 first leg, then Lampard got one back around 65 minutes, then on 90+2 minutes Mikel scored a header which put me out on away goals :(.

Won the FA Cup though after going 1 - 0 down to Villa. Equalized on 89th minute and the winner on 120 minutes :D.

You forgot to mention the part where you re-loaded the game, re-played Chelsea and won the tie, then went on to win the FA Cup.

For shame.
