Be hard to improve on the CMs for me as I think they are solid. Centre backs are great (hoping Jesus is as good as he looks). Cancelo at RM should be good both ways. If Gomez doesn't cut the mustard I may swap him for Zapata but I have been very surprised by Gomez since I started using him. Finishing says 74 or something but feels much better

Yup. For me he has something like 14 goals 14 assists in 40 games playing as CAM, but the assist count would be way higher if it weren't for passing between Mertens/Immobile a lot. Every single goal Gomez has scored has been a worldie, as I never quite got over longshots with my CAM, Fifa 10 Gerrard style.

I’m not sure I’m sold on Lala and he might get replaced for Meunier as with his inclusion for some reason now Aouar marks the front post at corners instead of Pogba and nothing else has changed bar the loss of Meunier.
Mendy by the way is an absolute weapon, there really hasn’t been anyone he hasn’t dealt with and Aouar is another that has been good, scores pretty much 2 every game just arriving in to the box after some sort of Mbappe, Griezman RB triangle.

That’s a quality team. The wide midfielders are really good and perfectly suited for the role.

Great team. I wouldn’t play Umtiti, he’s just too slow. Unless you have a very deep defensive line, in that case he could do a good job.
Kind of hate him but he seems to have found his place as a false 9 but I’m looking for a replacement, waiting to see if and what POTM Rashford looks like.
I just find Griezman as you say a little boring, no frills, no fun and he just doesn’t really seem to work that well for me but as a false 9 he is doing alright. I’m open to suggestions on a striker and GK.

I didn't invest in anything. I took tradeable packs from Division Rivals, pulled Neuer & a few other cards in the 4-10k range. Opened my weekend league packs, got Chiellini & Pique. Did the SBC, got IF Fabregas.

The prime? Also just 3* wf. If I was going to pay that kind of money for a striker I’d at least want 4*. I had 90 Butragueno for a while and he’s amazing, I’d be looking at him instead, either mid or prime. His agility definitely makes up for a lack of strength.
It’s not really a high line but I constantly switch my tactics during match flow. Who would you’d suggest? did think about Ramos and Courtois but then I like Upacam (whatever his name is) the FS that plays for Redbull Leipzeg or Militao as I used him in a draft and he was incredible.
If you can get any of those mentioned FS players in the team then that’d definitely be an upgrade. If not I’d get Ramos/Courtois. Also a big upgrade in both positions.

It shows the lack of variety in shooting in Fifa that having a strong weak foot is so important. It should be an advantage to have a strong weak foot and not a necessity.
Where do you usually finish in the weekend league? I’ve finished Elite 3 or above in 90% of my weekend leagues, I’ve played almost every single one and the best picks I’ve had is Eriksen, Robertson, Szczesny and Donnarumma

Would anyone recommend that in form Rashford as a super sub option for normal 89 rated Aguero or would it not be worth the price? Badly want a United player in my team and the card looks sick.
I used him in a draft before and he felt exactly how Rashford should to be honest. Absolutely electric but finishing not always perfect.
Not over Aguero though? Planning on using him as a super sub in the 60th or something but seems a bit costly for that.

he’s been ridiculous once I have a CAM close to him to link up with. Play him in an isolated striker role with only wingers and he seems to suffer alright. I’ll check out Cutrone, cheers Yeah, Upa what’s his face is probably the best option given he is French but I’m lacking in squad depth and need to address this, I do have a Thiago Silva card floating about.

I’d probably try to make a hybrid if I were you. The Serie A strikers aren’t very good in my opinion.
Matuidi would make your midfield more balanced, both of your CMs have high/med work rates. I think Matuidi would have a similar impact as Gattuso to be honest.
Don’t use him. Too small, too weak, too slow.
There is actually a new contender and he costs a lot less and might actually be the better all round defender HL Lucas Hernandez coming in at around 210k

Hernandez seems to have I would say the best balance out of the 3.
Upamecano has the fastest top end, slowest acceleration. Militao fastest acceleration slowest top end and then Hernandez falls between the two only downside is the physicality.

Well I’ve been toiling away and I kinda agree on the Upamecano and have been selling things and people in the club and have raised something like 230k so far. I’ve put some cards up that should go for around 50k so hopefully they sell and I’ll buy him. Will need to replace TerStegen as he screws up the chem with no Umtiti there and I really need to buy some sort of back up winger
