Those crap standing tackles that are just a forward lunge are so annoying. Make tackling feel like mush. Even if you touch the ball you don't win it because your guy is mid-lunge.

Probably La Liga actually. Can get loads of quality players for super cheap. Ousmane Dembele and Malcom for example are both less than 3k..

On the plus side got got lewandowski from marquee matchups. Might run 41212 bundesliga for the weekend as I have untradable Muller, Werner and cl Gotze, to go with lewa and sabitzer. Will have a terrible back 4 but I can't defend anyway

Yeah I've just quickly pieced together my other leagues away from the prem and they are all lacking in at least one department. I really need the marquee match ups for United v Juve and Hazard potm as I've got about 500k tied up in players on my transfer list.

feck it decided to sell the PL team now while prices are high in order to run one strong one for the next weekend league. Should be able to add Sandro, Matuidi, Hamsik and Immobile when prices drop Sunday-Monday.

It's the bug from last year where you have to win 6 tackles to get the ball. This year they left it in and made it a feature
I think both will come up. I've got about 25 Barkley's for potm, 10 or so Christensens too, dropped a bollock buying 15-20 alcacers as his price has dropped and I don't see it growing back to what I paid. Need him to go extinct fast. I'd buy nearly them all but ea are banning people for that.
He was my favourite player last year. I was slightly worried about his awful physical stats though so went for Immobile. Might rethink that decision.
I was thinking similarly to you, I tried players such as Zaza, Belotti, Dzeko and they were definitely useable; however, Mertens is the main man it seems. His new face scan this year means no more generic nonsense, which is even better!
Yeah no doubt, I just need them quickly so I can reinvest in my squad. My idea of going for untradable for the year means I can't really make coins apart from weekend league rewards and trading. Should keep the game interesting for a while though as I can't just build a dream squad.
EA claim that 50/50's are more organic/physics based this year as a opposed to the game pre deciding who'll win a 50/50. The thing is, thier physics engine is a disaster so the ball just bounces all over the shop.

Variety of players for Hazard potm sbc, Reus potm sbc, possible la Liga Potm sbc if that happens... players like David Silva, kompany, Bernardo Silva, kepa, Mata, bender, toprak, kagawa, illarramendi, banega, etc. All same sort of thing, 83/84's mostly bought when they were super cheap and waiting for them to explode.
The game is broken, just had man sent of for a perfect challenge and in the next game the ball is just going through my player so the opposition can get away without a foul both in squad battles

That being said I always enjoy trading most, and I have had a strong start in that regard.
My untradable awards has also been superb. In two weeks I have pulled Prime Gattuso, Dybala, Sergio Ramos and VVD. Also a lot of useful other cards. My team is fully untradable.

I've just rage quit for the first time, playing after a full night shift isn't the way forward. Felt like I was playing a completely different game at times.
Considering selling what I have soon and going for a big team as pace is useless in this game. Not that I abuse it but if I get through on goal I would prefer someone to shrug off a defender

I bought a bunch of Christensen's and Barkley's but Barkley has already increased due to his IF. Christensen has dropped in price so hope I can get at least my money back on him, a lot of people might hold off for the Scream Team price drops as they have a full month to do Hazard so its hard to know how stock piling Chelsea players will do tbh.
