I’ll try not to. I’m starting after working hours so will post an update or two later today. It’s too risky playing during working hours, the casuals/pro ratio is too low.Great team that. You trying to utilize crossing since you haven’t got inverted wide CAMs? If you tend to end up in good crossing positions, I’d instruct Mbappe and Di Maria (and perhaps Sane too, depending on whether or not he’s good in the air) to stay out of the box for crosses, just to get Crespo isolated. I’d set ‘players in box’ to 3 as well.
Another way of creating chances consistently could be to get the ball out wide, run towards the line which I don’t know what’s called in english, you know the line that stretches out from the goal and when the ball goes past the line it’s either a goal kick or a corner, that one. Run towards it, make a stop and then try to beat the fullback on the outside rather than the inside. Whenever you’re close to the line, people expect you to cut inside, especially when you’re making a stop or doing something that breaks the run. I love to do little maneuvers close to the line to get past on the outside, it works very well and if you can pull it off successfully you’ll have a lot of space which should take you close to the goal. And can someone tell me what that line is called? Touchline?

Today was the first time I had ever lost the opening game of WL. Game felt awful, ended up losing 3-0, all deflected outside the box goals and my passing accuracy was 56%, game decided it didn't want to let me win and was punishing me for my new 96 VVD card, as he basically scored 3 own goals
Next game then I immediately went 3-0 up within 10 minutes and they guy rage quits. Currently at 5-1.

Every team you play against is gonna be stacked to the max now unfortunately. Although i usually find that if a player is poor then their team can't save them too much
Yup, I played a guy last night with red picks of VVD and Bernardo Silva + a stacked team. He was rubbish and there was nothing his team could do to make me think otherwise. I used to enjoy bumping into the odd random 50k team but that's long gone now

I have sold my DDG now. Needed the coins, and saw Tekkz go 30-0 with TOTS Alisson, so figured if he can survive with him I can too.By tomorrow I suspect I will have bought DDG again

I tried to record a clip where he dived about 3 seconds after the ball went by him but it didn't work. He was worse than the 86 or 87 Ederson I had. I will stick with him until something happens. If he is really bad I'll get DDG and use Ederson in an SBC at some stage.

Done with my first batch of games. First one was simple enough, won 4-0. Could’ve been 10 but I wasn’t playing good at all. My decision making was terrible.
Second game was against a guy with no less than 7 prime moments icons. He was pretty good as well, though I dominated the game. Struggled to create chances, but I hit the post two times and then he scored a very very lucky goal in the 45th minute. 1-0 down at half time. I discovered some weaknesses with my setup so changed the tactics a little. Was up 3-1 after around 70 minutes, then he scored a kickoff glitch goal to make it 3-2. I saw the game out with PTB and whatnot, and won 3-2 in the end. That was proper nerve wracking, but I’m glad I faced someone good so early as it led me to discover a few flaws with the setup.
I won the third game 3-0, he quit after around 25 mins. Won the fourth game 4-0, he quit at half time. Started playing really well especially in the 4th game. Going to take a break, but will enter my second batch of games with a lot of confidence later today. WL record is 4-0 so far.

Yeah I was tempted to continue, but I have a ‘rule’ of not playing more than 5 games in succession. Had one warmup game on my account, so ended up at five games. I’m giving it everything I have this weekend, so details like when to play and how many games to play is kind of structured. I’ll play another batch of 4 games later today and stop at 8. Then I’ll play 2 x 4 tomorrow, 3 x 3-4 or something on sunday during the day and then finish off my remaining 4 ish games sunday at 9pm. I like saving my last 4-5 games for sunday evenings as people tend to be tired and a bit more careless then.I wouldn't have stopped cruising in WL.. What a crazy week, started with 350k now down to 230k but I have TotS Eriksen, Bernardo, Trent and Ederson. When you luck is running its running. Also finished a few league SBC's.
Packed NiF De Bruyne too, my bench now features 94 Bernardo Silva, 93 Hazard, 92 Villa, 91 KDB, 90 Vela, 88 Havertz and Rodri.
Overall squad rating of 192. Need upgrades for Rice and Digne and probably a stiker too though atm I'm loving PotM Gomis.

You lack height. IF Pogba and CL Pogba ain’t worth it over the nif. Yeah, Pogba is very good as one of two DMs in 4231.

I’m gonna relegated myself to division 2 in rivals. feck playing 15+ games trying to score/assist with shit players for those objectives. There’s hardly any difference in the coin rewards for div1 and div2 anyway.
