The low driven shot is so OP in this, it’s almost all I use. On the rare occasion it doesn’t go in - the keepers spill it to another attacker.

Yep, they always palm it into the path of your other striker. It's the best finish 80% of the time.
Find the chip is quite OP too, works well very close this year.
It was more op in fifa 17.
I don't know. Literally every goal I conceed is that same finish. 1 on 1, low driven shot, keeper dives the opposite way. I refuse to use it even though I could probably pick up a few more wins with it

It would bore me senseless using the same finish for every shot. I refused to use it last year when it was OP and I'll refuse to use it now.
Have had a shit work schedule this weekend, working 15 hour days friday saturday today and tomorrow. Only just had time to squeeze in some games during my dinner break... only to see that the WL has been extended. I can get a few more games in tonight (maybe 10), another 4 tomorrow during my dinner break again, thrn i am off tuesday so can sit up as long as i need to get 25 wins to get me still on course for elite monthly

I've had that and a message saying I've been banned from the market, even though I've only played squad battles? It had /n after every sentence, no idea what that means, just be a glitch on their side?
When rewards and packs come out from squad battles, is it the case that I'd be better off to hold off until some TOTW period or something?

I was really happy with my Zlatan, decided to try out Lukaku and he's a hell of a player to have. 4 games with him so far, 6 goals, 4 assists. Might have him as my preferred striker, with Zlatan for impact. At least until he has a monstrous period and becomes hip enough to earn me a 40k profit or something ;P
Good lad. I completely refuse to do any of the things that piss me off when someone else does them.
For example, if the opposition passes it straight to me from the goalkeeper by mistake, ill dribble away from goal instead of taking it in and scoring. I don't give a feck if I get beat at this as long as I enjoyed the game. I always keep playing if I end up 4 goals down too because usually they let up and start trying different things as opposed to the OP exploits, and it makes it enjoyable for me again.
If no one has bought zuber IF yet from hoffenheim, do it now and play him at left back. Maybe the best card I've ever used in the game and he goes for almost discard

Played 9 won 7 in a quick stint on getting home. Really wish I had the time to finish this off as I feel like I'm playing the best I have in a long time. Work till 6 in the morning means I probably won't play again now though.
I timed it so I had 12 games yesterday and the same today on squad battles, think in at least 14 of the games the cpu shafted me doing it's untouchable bs. I play on professional and usually win 4-0/4-1 but I just quit most games instead of getting fifa rage. Scraped into elite 3 but I'll have dropped out by now as the leader board points were flying up so gold 1 it is if I'm lucky.
23 wins win 7 games to go. Wish I could defend. So many times I've chucked a 2 goal lead etc. Scoring 3/4/5 and still losing.

My wifi was playing up earlier, had 3 unplayable matches with speedup lag and horrific input lag. Reset the router and it made no difference so went to a wired connection and it became so much more responsive again and i won 7 on the bounce.
Sitting at 10-3 now. Hopefully another 4 games (wins) tomorrow during my dinner break at work, leaves me 23 games to play when i get home for good and only 11 wins needed for g1, or maybe 15 wins for elite 3.

In my last game of the night on Legendary last night, I came up against a mainly bronze and silver team with Otamendi as the only gold player. They had about 47 overall chemistry. What followed was the most blatant example of AI scripting I've ever seen in a sports game. Probably the closest I've ever came to snapping the disc I was that angry.
I had around 60% possession, created clear cut chance after clear cut chance (at least 7 of them hitting the bar) and they get a corner in the 88th minute. They start zipping balls around like Barca in and around the area (considering they'd barely had a sniff all game), I clear a cross with Smalling only for it to be pathetically bad and fall to Otamendi about 30 yards out, he hits a worldie into the top bins and they win the game.
Yes this happens in football but it seems to happen an awful lot on Squad Battles and especially so as you progress higher in the overall rankings (I was in Elite 3 at the time).
Anyway the point of this post is how the feck do I counteract the EA bullshit? Obviously others can hence their high scores. You get some games where you can't pass to a player that's 2 yards in front and your players make no forward runs or move off the ball, despite my custom tactics remaining the same.
