Barkley is very good. Henry is incredible. Pace = goals.
Won 10-0 in div 4 in my first game with my new team. Not sure why the guy didn't quit. Aguero scored 6, great debut.

Just packed Martial. Immediately put him on the transfer list as I am looking to move away from a PL team.

Yeah hes very fun to use. Great finisher and strong despite being small. I use him top with Martial im a 4312. Expensive but worth if IMO.
So I've finally settled on my team, I've gone La Liga. Need to sort some chem cards on players and do some custom tactics. But here's the first team and bench.

Griezmann finally joining my squad come Thursday. Is Thursday still the best time to buy since everyone will be undercutting each other as rewards get dished?
Think ill just save for pogba the next few weeks. Have 90k then like 40 gold squad fitness or all injury healing cards in my list so in a weekend or 2 they should go for over 1300 a piece I would guess. Plus weelend league rewards wirh a bit of luck could have enough for pogba after 2 more weekends.
Gold 1 on squad battles, playing through the week only. Hate playing the CPU and didn't get a player over 77 rated. Not ever doing that again.
Not sure whether to save for Radja Naingollan or Big Dave next. Those two would complete my NIF dream team.

Yes Miccoli was a beast! Scoring long range screamers every game.
DDG is definitely a notch above every keeper on the game but none of them save that rolled finish when 1 on 1 so you may aswell have Dave from down the pub in net.
Did you know you can now position the keeper? If you click and hold right stick you can move them slightly left or right.
Its hard to remember when playing a tense match but it works wonders considering everyone goes far post.
Just click in, move keeper over, and save.
I've seen a video saying as much but not tried it myself yet. It's when they roll it under the keeper, or the keeper dives the opposite way to the shot that gets me pissed off.
I had a great comedy one from Navas the other day actual. A guy cut in from the left and shot straight at him, instead of using his hands he turned slightly so the ball bounced off his chest and had a path straight into the net. All while he stood just looking at the ball rolling in.
That slow roll, there must be a video floating about in regards to how its broken because i conceding a load of them during WL.

Are prices still generally rising? I was saving for Griezmann but seen he has gone up another 20k, I'm tempted to buy the 3/4 players I can afford with what I've saved up and then sell a few when I've enough worth for Griezmann

I badly want him but can't see him being that much better than IF Bakambu who is a beast in the air and 90 pace with top finishing. If his dribbling was better I doubt I'd ever replace him.

Just packed Kante, sell? He suits my team (use 2 CDMs) but 200,000 coins (what he seems to be going for about on Xbox) is amazing and i don't know if he's really worth that?
Yes he is a beast. My favourite move is pass to him then flick the right stick as the defender approaches for the tackle and he zooms past, into miles of space. 4 star week foot too
Nah, Bakayoko and Matic aren’t much worse and they’re a lot cheaper. I’d sell him.
I'd be keeping him as when you get your final bpl team you'll want him in it.

Shouldve bought a few of them OTW Sigurdsson's. Even if he doesn't get an IF the price has rocketed.
Played about 25 games. I've done SBCs, packed IF Brozovic (30k), IF Arslan (9k) Matuidi (70k), Cech (30k), Pedro (5k) Glik (5k), Di Maria (untradable), Strootman (Untradable), Manolas (Untradable), Perisic (untradable).
That gold upgrade SBC has been kind. These are all good players, but I still cannot fathom how anyone can buy Pogba for 600k without a huge amount of luck. Let alone a Ronaldo or an Icon.

I played against a team with R7, R9 and Bale the other day. Only lost 2-1, but knew I was screwed from the start.

Thanks for the advice lads. Selling as am building a French/La Liga hybrid (like every year), not going to do a prem squad this year. Road-tested him and wasn't that impressed, unbalanced my team a bit, am knackered though, hope I don't regret it in the morning.
