5 wins 1 loss before I go out.
The guy I lost to, his team played like they'd taken a few keys sprinting about at 100mph. He had something like 67% poss and was 5-1 up in 60 odd minutes. Read every pass, quicker to the ball and banged in 3 long shots.

Just done the hybrid SBC to get a 35k pack. Was no boards down and the player that popped up was 82 Ivanovic, so I was pissed off.
Thankfully in the pack was a Martial (70k) and Werner (35k) so I can't complain.

14-5 start on the weekend, which is comfortably better than any start i had last year. Whats helped me is that no one seems to know what they are doing defensively, or offensively so just have pace everywhere. So my team is set to sit back a bit further, and even Belotti up front is set to balanced attack because what i have learned from divisions is no matter who i am using, i will always be out paced and out muscled

Gameplay is sooooo poor in the WL right now compared to say seasons. It's barely playable.
Why does it have to be so fecking crap when it isn't in seasons or draft? It's like playing in slow motion, I can't handle it. When I dribble by changing direction the game only registers half of it. God dammit EA.

This is basically how the game always is for us people with non usain bolt players. Welcome.
Not lagging, it's just a slight delay and everything is slow and the game doesn't register all my chances in direction when dribbling. It's almost like playing on a monitor that isn't set to game mode, there's a .5 second delay in everything I do.
15/19, done playing this ffing game. It plays awful and it's so predictable. Will use my weekends better.
Doesn't have anything to do with the pace of the players, it's about how quick the game keeps up with what I do on my controller.

Im actually cant, or dont, start him because I need a french winger to bring him up to 10 chem, otherwise hed be 6 chem, but if im struggling to score in my regular 4-5-1 formation, i switch to 4-3-1-2, put Martial up front instead of wing, replace Icardi for AG.
Hes so agile, compared to Icardi his turning radius is amazing, plus hes super quick and scores whenever hes through on goal.
Also, he automatically makes great runs, must due to his high attacking workrate.
Hes just fecking quality.

Just packed a TOTW Rooney (Aberdeen player) and Kessie. Both aren’t worth a great deal anyway. Kessie might be worth keeping for a possible Calcio A team.
I'm pretty keen in sinking a fair bit of time into this this year. All I've done so far is basically play the squad battles to get higher in the rankings. How do you get into the weekend league though?

Well the last few days all I've been doing is playing against the AI in squad battles and stuff on professional. Won all 8 games and just been practicing the drag back move as much as possible. It has really helped me open up space. De Bruyne's long shots are crazy He's scoring so many for me now.
My plan is to stay away from online until I feel I can beat world class without effort, but I can't help myself really.
Played well to be fair, but the one annoyance is pace. To me it feels that pace doesn't give my players any advantage, but jesus christ, the oppositions. I don't really know what they are doing, but they pounce on me in seconds. It's hard to play a normal game of football because you don't even have time to react. I need to learn a skill move to just take out the player closing me down.
Starting to enjoy it though at least. Really gonna stick with this game this year, and hopefully by next year I can go into it with a lot more confidence

Have EA listened to all the whiny bitches saying since patch game is too slow? Come back on tonight and it’s ping ping pong into feet by players with average to good passing, its unplayable and I simply can’t enjoy it. Will take my 9 wins from 15 and live the rest of my weekend stress free.

I don’t think his price will go down that much. He isn’t very expensive to begin with and he’s 82 rated so there are loads of his cards on the market. And he’s a very good midfielder, one of the most popular in the game. I’d say use him

I just bought Kane hoping he gets POTM. I think it's between him and Aguero, Kane has the more media attention surrounding him, so i think that'll tip it.
