The mechanics on the game are infuriating at times. Picked it up after a couple week break and thought id do the weekend cup thing, smashed teams that were top of range using my shitty 81 rated team. Get to the final and my players fall to peices as if drunk, not going to loose balls, shit passing and not winning challenges. He scored from two free kicks and a corner.

Playing FUT at ridiculous hours of the day I happened across an Aguero for 38k. Bid 40. Lasted the whole 15 minutes left and with 3 seconds someone comes in with a 460k bid.

460k I bought mine for 370 just last week
I don't think I've had more than 60k at any one time. It's my first time owning a FIFA since '97, first time ever playing FUT. I have the gameplay down but I'm terrible at all the things you have to do around it. Don't have the time for weekend leagues.

I just play seasons and have 4 1/2 stars, in league 1.

SBC Rashford has been fecking amazing for me. He's rapid, along with Willian and Martial opponents just can't handle him.
Also completed the SBC's for Juanfran and Kurzawa yesterday and they're so good too. Now i'm waiting for Shaw and Fernandinho/Isco/whoever who would fit my team.

How many coins did it cost for those players?
Rashford was very expensive, something like 80k but if he got an inform he'd cost more i think so i'm happy with it especially since he looks so awesome upfront. Kurzawa and Juanfran were cheap, Kurzawa 30k and Juanfran 50k. I also had 3 discard informs and a bunch of other high rated untreadables so that lessened the costs.
I regret not doing De Rossi and Parolo, they were very nice but i was waiting for players from United or from Ligue 1 and Liga Santander. Other players were either way too expensive or didn't interest me but the Toprak card from today looks very good but i just don't see myself ever doing a full Bundesliga team.

Yeah I had Kante in with Matic for 4-3-2-1(2) with Gundogan as a CAM before I got Pogba. Decided to go with Matic as he offers height and Physical stats which are really useful for corners.
My next targets are Hazard for Martial on the left and I'll probably replace Otamendi with Koscielny

Sbc willian cost me about 160k but an 86 IF willian would be going for shed loads more whereas I can save back up to get aguero I couldn't have been able to get Willian again.

I still do it despite telling myself I was done with it after getting Elite last month.
I won my first three in a row and was 2-0 up in my fourth before I was disconnected. My internet was perfectly fine and I logged straight back into FUT.
If EA want you to lose, you're going to lose. Bastards. Done with it for this weekend after that.
Best picks were Bonucci, Mertens, Bonaventura, Walker and Defoe. Rest were low 80's rated centre-backs. Have a pretty class Serie A team because of it.
I was kind of disappointed initially not to get a Ronaldo, Bale, Neymar etc. but Mertens feels like one of those elite players. Ridiculously good. Defoe is pretty good too.
I usually go for it once a month. Doing it this month, 13-4 I think at the moment. Feel like there are more and more super teams coming through now which is making the divide bigger.
Yeah plenty of people have issues with disconnects in the mode. EA need to fix.

Not been able to play much with being here there and everywhere for Christmas but hoping to pick up another sbc player from the prem over this period and then make my way to elite in January. Still not bothered to even play divisions yet really. In div 3 winning division 4 with straight victories so I could definitely get to division 1 if I could be bothered.

Yeah, it's just not that fun when half of the teams just park the bus and play on the counter for 90 minutes!

Got a lovely "kill yourself message" from some fella just there because I beat him by chopping his player down who was through on goal in the 120 min.

Haven't played FUT champs yet. I'm guessing I should wait till my team has improved? I've not buying FIFA points or coins, all about packs and earning the dollar for the players.

Butland is a god and I'd get Tony V at right back. Maybe Can for McCarthy.
Yeah gotta agree with Bailly and Butland. I sold Lloris and bought Butland as he's so overpowered it's untrue!
I find musa to be shite aswell. His finishing just doesn't stand up to the top players at all. Look for Vardy or Rashford if you want pure pace. I'd advise saving up for Sturridge though. Just as good as aguero on fut for me. He's quick and got a mint strike on him.

I found Sturridge disappointing. He's not as nimble, quick and agile as Vardy or as robust and dominating as Lukaku.
