Do you get banned for relegating yourself to div 10? Planning on doing that. Sick and tired of playing far superior teams every time in seasons div 1, still win the division but with so much effort. The reward is too little for that. Relegating to div 1 grants you a certain 20k, winning them going up over a 100 k probably too so it's worth the time.

Huh? How much do you earn from going from div 10 straight to div 1? Is it worth it? And how many games

You won't get any easier players. It doesn't match you by division it matches you on a combination of ELO/Team strength.

Not sure but it's tedious a bit though, I'll use my maths to calculate what's the best rythmm to earn a lot. A kind of relegation/title ratio between divisions to earn a lot fast (if I'd win all matches for example).

Relegated to div 5 now and have around 13k coins earned.

Yes.

I often used to have a chat with people through the mic and headset and when I was in Div 5 I was mostly matched up with Div 3/2 and when I was in Div 3 I was mostly matched up with Div 2/1.

Bloody hell, think I will just go from div 7 to 3, relegate back, rince and repeat. Cost you around 28 games for 75000 which is insane.

I'm sure you face worse players on average in lower divisions. I always get more points in division 2 than division 1 and I don't think it's a coincidence.

Pro tip for anyone who is bored of fifa. Dont waste all your coins on packs assuming you wont play anymore, because 2 days later they will release a TOTS with a load of players you want to try that you now cant afford...

I had 280k sunday, spunked the lot on packs because i was fed up with the game. Then did the DKT first attempt and now have no coins to build a team around the Marquinos card, and really want to try Ederson, Felipe and Telles for my defence to go with him, was planning on selling Herrera for 220k, Van Aanholt for 85k and then using that 300k for Fabinho but now have nothing and am stuck with a team i'm just not enjoying

Luckily we are near enough at the end of the game so its not as bad as it could have been, and i will make a note not to waste a single coin next year (bought 2 125k packs a few weeks back too because i felt lucky and got feck all in them too). I could have been sat here tonight with 500k in coins and a further 300k in sellable assets to build a monster team
 
Think I'm gonna sell everyone who is over 10k in my 2 teams and get mostly just cheap beast players, mixed in with my untradables, and then spunk it all on like 1 star player for each team.
Untradables I have are: OTW Pogba, tots Sigurdsson, tots Pulisic, tots Marquinhos (soon), handanovic, potm Alli, 86 Modeste, 86 Perrin, 85 Dost, 84 Keane, 84 Tadic then some other shite players who won't be of use (neither will dost, tadic and probably modeste but they're there in case I need it). Might as well include Martial in there because I'm never getting rid of him :lol:

Problem is I'm not sure how to fit the untradables in together. Obviously one premier league side. But for the other, Pulisic doesn't link well to anyone but he's great to use. Can get Renato Sanches and just have them both on 6 chem, considering the rest of the attack I'm probably going to do a serie A side (waiting for tots Dzeko and left wing Perisic :drool:)
So far my idea is (obviously have to wait for the italian tots to come out):

OTW Pogba - tots Siggy - Potm Alli
Evra - 86 Perrin - 84 Keane - Bellerin
Butland

Basically would need to spend 45k for these not counting Perisic and Dzeko (and whoever the striker for the prem team is. Dzeko's 88 card is only 35k or so, so I assume his tots won't be crazy expensive (150-200k?). Perisic's 88 wing card will get cheaper with him getting a tots for sure, so I'm guessing 100-200k... And then there's whoever the next week and week afters draft prizes are. Will probably just get 86 Son up top as that's all I'd be able to afford!

Have this Prem team.

41212, De Gea, Shaw, Smalling, Luiz, Walker, Pogba, Martial, Mahrez, TOTS Lallana untradeble, Sanchez and 86 MOTM Son. But I want to sell it and buy a Ligue 1 team.

Carrasso TOTS, Mendy TOTS, Perrin TOTS, Marquinhos untradeable TOTS, Aurier, Cyprien TOTS, Lemar TIF untradeble, di Maria MOTM 88, Boudebouz TOTS, Falcao TIF untradeble and a special card of Lacazette. Need like 200 k I think to make than transition but looks totally worth it. Will miss Lallana and Son though, they are absolutely amazing.
 
Won the Marquinhos on my first attempt. Matched up against a guy with the blue Pulisic in my first game and spanked him 5-0, then a guy with blue Pulisic and Rudy in my second game which ended 2-1. Semi final time, and wouldn't you know it... fecking blue Pulisic again. Snatched 1-0 against a parked bus in extra time.

Managed to avoid blue Pulisic in the final, but the guy I played had training items on Butland, Smalling, Luiz, Mané, Lukaku and Martial. Won it after a rage quit at 7-2.

Probably my most satisfying tournament win yet, beating three former tournament winners and a training item twat.
 
Changed it all up again. Still in the 4231 narrow, but Bruma is gone now (his shooting is atrocious) so red 87 Carrasco takes his place. TOTS Herrera is gone, replaced with 88 Casemiro because he will sit deeper in the cdm role whereas Herrera vacates it a lot. The back 5 is now all TOTS Cards, Telles, Felipe, Marquinos, Carvajal with Ederson in goal, and 88 Pogba stays at cam with 91 Sanchez at st.

Tried playing a higher line with the extra pace of Marquinos and Felipe, but still gave too much up. So set them back to 40 pressure, and havent conceded since. The back 4 with Casemiro and OTW Kante in front is like a brick wall, and on the off chance someone gets through there is enough pace to catch everyone.

I'm working most of the weekend though so wont have enough time to play all 40 games which is frustrating. And potentially after the rewards are out this week and theres a ton more TOTS players on the market, I might swap Casemiro and Carvajal for Fabinho and Pereira's TOTS cards

Congrats, I got through earlier, 1-0 playing some of the best defence I have ever played (including a very risky last ditch slide in the box) and the guy rage quits on the 80th min, was comfortable on my way through to the final.

So happy it is Marquinhos, I've been slowly investing in better players for my brazil team so to get a player like that for free is a Brucey bonus

Nice. So far I've lost 3 times in the final. Keep making it there relatively easily but then get matched up with elite level players in the final and then I don't stand much of a chance. The last few weeks I won them pretty easily so maybe I've just been getting unlucky matches. Basically I'm waiting to get this one and then next weeks draft prize before making my team. Really hoping next week is Serie A, can worry about fitting whoever the la liga one is later whenever it comes out.
 
The Son SBC broke the game. Every player has a player that puts Ronaldo to shame, it's stupid. A huge amount of games just revolve around getting to ball to Son.
 
Modric isn't in the la liga tots, possibly could be the 24th player and next weeks draft prize??? Seems to be too good for that
 
Got completely sick of FUT and opted to mess around with pro clubs which I have barely played in the past. Really enjoying it. Playing as a ball winning CDM and it's actually very enjoyable making interceptions and tackles, I reckon I'm responsible for so many clean sheets. Opposition players tend to be easy to dispossess because they're often hellbent on running the pitch by themselves.

Sometimes it is horrendous like when a goalkeeper tries to play as an outfielder or you have players who never pass, but when it's good it's really good. Have played about 25 games and I'm enjoying it a lot so far. I don't even bother getting forward like I have 1 goal and 3 assists :lol: A few FIFA's back I had a good game and got a message about joining a club so I'm hoping something similar happens because I assume that in a club, everyone plays properly for the most part.

agreed, typical opponent, smalling bailly kante son mane, I get that they are affordable players but the lack originality is boring.

Was relegating myself, so I gave a guy a free 9-0 win. After the game I got a message calling me 'bent'. After I asked if he was 12 years old, he reminded me that I lost 9-0, despite the fact that they were all own goals.

Sometimes I feel 90% of the FIFA community are actually just little kids :lol:

It feels a lot like that is the case tbh. I feel like the average age of the FIFA players is about 15.
 
I relegate myself to Division 2 a lot. Division 1 is extremely difficult and extremely annoying. Division 2 is pretty easy 9/10 and far less try-hard.
