Gaming Fifa 10

Constantly getting disconnected whilst trying to play games with the lads off here. So angry.
 
The EA servers are so bad, keeps signing me out and disconnecting. Just very bad from a company of this size.
 
I don't understand why I have this lag. Sometimes it's almost nothing, but most of the time it's pretty noticeable. Sometimes it's ridiculously much. This connection should be able to deal with anything. I am playing with a bunch of Brits, but it's much too laggy for that to be the straight answer.

seems harder than 09
shooting I need to practice on
seem to get more free kicks
the opposition intercept everything all the time
can't outrun the other team as much

That and it allows me to play Chelsea Dagger with cause every time we score (at home anyway)

I actually quite liked it - got put straight into the first team in the centre of the park with Srhoj (none of this pissing about in the reserves or at LAM crap).

Jelic seems alright to me - he's number 9 now because I am clearly the 11. Because that's what we do at Glory, give our shirt numbers like they're going out of fashion. Naum Sekulovski gets MOTM every game I play :confused:

Then I got called up for Australia and told that my goal was to beat the opposition by at least 3 goals. The opposition being Spain.
 
I just made my international debut in the England reserves against South Korea. Scored a couple and was told by the papers i had a great game in midfield... i was playing upfront. Strangely after that i'm now played at centre mid for man united.
 
Solius, how did you get your face to work? Keeps giving me errors when I want to render it.

Why are there so many connection issues this year? It was quite good last year wasn't it?
 
What a great start to my FIFA10 online career. Two games, both with Bordeaux, both where the opponent quit before half time (with Arsenal and Real Madrid respectively), and both where I got the win.

The third started well, since he wanted to play League 1 teams. Then I discovered the lag, which was literally a second or more. It seemed like he had it too, though, and eventually he quit as well. So all 3 ranked online matches I've played so far have ended with the opponent quitting. Is it really that common? I guess I should remember why I started playing only unranked games on FIFA09.

(I did get the win for all those, mind).

I never got my gameface to work, I'm on a mac so can't use it.
 
Seriously the fecking keepers in this game are atrocious. What a fecking terribly made game.
 
It was pretty fortunate winning goal, I'll grant you that!

But though you seemingly ran the games, you didn't finish with a higher passing % than me, and they were all even in the score (3-2, all of them?).

Great games.
 
I was having a massive off day passing wise like you said. It shows how bad it was that even someone else could spot how bad it was. I was getting so aggravated with the constant misplaced passes. Valdes in that last game was heroic. That save where I crossed it in with Valencia and Berb had to just tap it across goal was insane. That goal line clearance in that Bayern game from me in like the 120th minute was disgusting as well.
 
It seems like every time we play you have a massive day off passing wise ;)

Part of the reason why some of the passes missed was that it's not really a particularly complicated passing scheme you've got. And the times I didn't get fooled into bumrushing the guy with the ball, but instead followed the next guy..

Is the Ultimate team mode on this game or will it be a downloadable extra?

I'm pretty sure we haven't even played 4 games before tonight, and I'm positive I've scored in at least one or two of the ones we had. That wasn't really the point, though. The point was that you used the same "poor passing" line afterward.

I'm not sure you really can claim some sort of massive dominance over me when we just played 3 games, and I won 2 of them. Never mind how "jammy" the last one was, you didn't prevent me from scoring the jammy goals. You're a good player, possibly better than me, but come on. Your horse isn't that high. ;)
 
My game face is uploading now :) I look more like Rio Ferdinand than Rio Ferdinand does, which isn't good considering I'm pretty pale. I suppose it can't be that difficult to generate a head with no hair and a bit of stubble.

We played a couple where you kept getting players red carded and scoring own goals after conceding. Then we played a few normal ones and you were unlucky not to score. Then today you played well and I played poorly. You've actually just pulled that poor passing stuff out of your arse though. Why would I need to say that when I've beaten you comfortably every time before today?

I'm not really a sore loser at all. Xander45 can vouch for that, so can CW1984, they've both beaten me comfortably and I've said well played and we've moved on.
