Bit harsh with the Overated.Overhyped would have been better.
Lippi because he appreciates Rooneys role more clearly but the thing pele shouldn't forget is Rooneys have 3/4 foot injuries and these things have really shunted his development somewhat
He's more a selfless player then he used to be, hopefully he'll stay injury free and find a happy medium.
Rooney will be sold for about 10m nothing more nothing less.

All those comments made by Devilish were 5 years ago, loads of things change in 5 years. Although Rooney was always a great talent but as I remember many people had reservations of paying 25 Million for a 18yr old youngster. This thread was made before the Euro 2004 so Rooney wasn't tested on the international stage as yet. Many people thought Ronaldo was a one-trick pony 3-4 years ago, look how that turned out. I don't particularly agree with Devilish's opinion on most of things but he shouldn't be getting stick for things said 5 years ago.
