Individual brilliance saves us
Bayern were trying several times to get him from Chelsea and were willing to totally destroy their 40m€ record for him. Mourinho made it impossible though. What to make of Lewandowski's comments and Rumminegge criticizing him and Müller? While I agree that players should not concern themselves with transfers etc and get on with it, there's not much wrong in what these two have said.

I like that Bayern is simultaneously a 'family' and a globally renowned club with a world class team, so it will be interesting to see how directors balance the two. Is someone like Eden Hazard out of reach if available?
injured. How has James been for Bayern?
Underwhelming. 3 pretty average games, the first two we won through individual quality without being great. The third one we lost, outsmarted and outplayed by Hoffenheim. How have they started in the league?
Ahh, so that's why I haven't seen him mentioned yet.injured.
Played 10 minutes as a sub in the last Bundesliga game, there's really not much to talk about yet. He looked promising in pre-season before he got injured, but that doesn't really mean anything. The next weeks will tell us more about his role in the team and his quality.Ahh, so that's why I haven't seen him mentioned yet.

That's not quite what he said.Julian Nagelsmann in an interview with Eurosport...
“FC Bayern plays a big role in my dreams. I lived in Munich for many years. I come from Landsberg am Lech, not so far from Munich.
“My wife and my kid will also move to Munich shortly. We’re building a house there. It’s our hometown.
“But even if I never get the chance to manage FC Bayern, I’d still die as a happy person.
“I’m very happy in life - however FC Bayern would make me even happier. But it does not mean that my life fortune totally depends on FC Bayern.”
What makes it even worse is that ancelotti has a fit Ribery who looks refreshed. Would be terrible if he wastes this with his nonsense.Underwhelming. 3 pretty average games, the first two we won through individual quality without being great. The third one we lost, outsmarted and outplayed by Hoffenheim.
Read Basler said Ancelotti is going to China in january. No idea about that. Though I just read today that there is increased flirting between Julian Nagelsmann and Bayern.
Yeah, that's the extent of what I know about that story. I wouldn't call Mario Basler an overly reliable source.Read Basler said Ancelotti is going to China in january.
Still think Carlo is leaving at the end of the season.Yeah, that's the extent of what I know about that story. I wouldn't call Mario Basler an overly reliable source.
I always take your predictions seriouslyHe will coach Bayern next season anyway.
Because he has the name.Still don't get why Bayern ever went for Ancelotti

Guardiola already wanted him as youth coach. Would be an interesting and risky choice at the same time.Nagelsmann is apparently in line to replace Ancelotti
