Some people being idiots? We are talking about 3000 sightings since end of November. All over or around military bases or airports. I’m not saying that they are aliens. I’m saying someone is testing what happens. And do far that response has been nothing happens. Could it be a foreign actor? Sure, until someone rules it out by shooting one of these things down and having a look at it

You answered your own question right there. Nothings happened. Because this is a nothing story. There is no fecking way the US military would let this happen so many times over such a lengthy period of time if they were even the slightest bit concerned of a threat to national security. With the technology and resources available to them they would have had a drone in their possession after the first attempt l, let alone 3000 over nearly a month.
These are 3000 sightings that weren’t reported before. Sure some of them will turn out to be aircraft but some won’t be. There are sightings from pilots and military staff. Youd think that they can tell the difference

They aren’t planes there’s lots of videos of clumps of these things plus the movement is that of a drone.
The question is why aren’t they revealing where these things are from. Tracking a drone back to its operator or when the battery dies is about as straight forward as it gets yet every official agency is claiming these things are unknown it’s just very odd

Also, if you believe the stories, Trump is a Russian asset anyway so Putin could just wait until Trump takes office and then ask him for a guided tour and blueprints of the bases. That's if he hasn't already got them.

Considering the spotlight on this right now, you can't see any serious foreign country risking exposure so they would either stop or change locations. What's so special about New Jersey anyway? Does it have a giant Area 51 base? Is it the home of military secrets and special ops?

It's a bit weird that government contractors testing equipment would do so over populated civilian areas and block regular air traffic. That doesn't make sense... also, why wouldn't HS tell that to politicial leadership in Congress rather than "we don't know".
It sounds like a very bad way to keep a government contract to be honest. If it is that easy, what is up with all the hearings? That test linked above isn't even classified.
I can't think of a single scenario where the government would put itself in a position where a test or operation would result in an emergency shut down of a runway for instance.
