Went foden as a differential. First to last in my mini league. Game over.
This is the thing with differentials. Sometimes they work, usually they don't.
But the question is, why the feck would you want to go differential when you're top of the league?

In fairness, Haaland had only scored more than 1 in a league game twice in about 20 games. Add in being benched and out recently, you could almost see their point going elsewhere.

Yeah but differentials refer to EO. Haaland by far and away had the highest EO.
It's super close at the top. I WCd a few weeks ago, pre 34 but with an eye on 37, and my team is now horrendous (Maddison, Hojlund, Gusto etc). Issue is my competition WCd last week, so their teams are WAY more dialed in for the double and end of season. Without a successful captain punt or two I genuinely don't have a prayer.
Everyone has delivered 5 points or more so far, will probably go to shit rest of the round.

I feel you brother, I have these two wastemen as well. Gusto going out next week and Maddison the week after.
Ive got 38 points this week so far, Isak missing a pen cost me 2 points but he did still get 7.
If you also had Gordon, it cost you 5 pts.

Could have been a legendary gameweek. I'm on 73, with Haaland VC and Palmer C. Every single one of my players did something today and I have Palmer and Son to go.
So many near misses as well. Gordon + Isak penalty annoyance, Leno 1 save from at least 2 BPs, Arsenal duo got 1 BP between them, on top of that disallowed goal for Gabriel.

The lad leading the entire thing is 54 points clear. I remember the Spurs guy who won a couple of years ago and he had a 20ish (?) swing on the last day but this season feels so template, not sure he loses it now (which is a shame because the person in 2nd has a great name… Pinky and De Bruyne)

For now I’ve stretched my lead from 21 pts to 74 pts over my ML rival but he still has TAA, Gusto, Palmer , Salah and Son(C) to play… so will be watching the games nervously

Went all in to chase my MLs where I was 25-60 points behind, and had KDB at captain, no Haaland at all… at least the final two weeks will be peaceful as I won’t have to care.
89 (assuming Robinson comes in for Gusto) with 3 to play.

Should be buzzing but my old foe in my mates ML (I used Kane to claw back a 15 point deficit on the last day of last season to pip him to top spot after failing to lead all season) is just out in front and is much better placed to tackle GW37 via BB than I!
Contemplating concentrating on getting a sold XI of doublers next week and then BB in 38 as I'll need a -8+ to get even one doubler on my bench next week...am I mad?!
