Fantasy Premier League 2024/25

Whom to bench is the conundrum for me this week. Currently on this

Sanchez
Robinson timber cucurella
Gordon Salah Palmer Rogers Son
Isak Wood

Bench: Kerkez, Milenkovic, Pedro

Those 2 defenders on bench could easily get CS and cucurella has been dicey with his CS but can haul with attacking returns

According to Chelsea Forum Enzo could and should be rested. Maybe you keep that in mind.

Also had a benching headache on who to bench between Wissa and Pedro. Will opt to play both and bench Colwill as there is also a chance he will be rotated.

Bench: Colwill, Greaves, Bruno
Captain: Salah

Capping Palmer in the expectation that Salah outscores him more often than not.

Think it's close, something like 55/45 Salah but a lot less than 45% of those who have both will be on Palmer. Playing it as a differential of sorts. Don't really need to but we're in it to win it.

Who is everyone else going for? Can see we already have one for Salah above me.

Milenkovic has better expected goals involvement per 90 than Cucurella this season, though Cucurella came off the bench in one game and I didn't account for that, but I believe Milenkovic is still ahead if you accounted for it.

Forest has better defensive stats than Chelsea, and are much better at bringing home a cleansheet. Everton has scored 15 goals in 17 games this season, Ipswich has scored 16 in 18 games. So identical goal threat. Everton has failed to score in six of their last eight games.
 
Jackson --> Watkins done.

Maybe Jackson will or won't start both, but his minutes are definitely limited, Watkins 2 home games with Duran injured, I'm going for it. Was tempted to do Bruno --> Maddison too, but not sure due to the -4, nor do I feel I need that extra bench spot, happy with Kerkez to sub if it comes to it... though I'm wary on Amad not starting out of these.

There's no inside knowledge or in the know sort of stuff as far as I can see.

What there is is FFHub predicting a rotation, London Evening Standard in their newspaper column and Metro newspaper too. Possibly other newspapers as well, but they're the first two that popped up.

The newspapers are guessing this: Sanchez; Disasi, Tosin, Colwill, Cucurella; Caicedo, Fernandez; Madueke, Palmer, Felix; Nkunku. Hub going for the same with the additional change of Jorgensen in for Sanchez which is the one I really don't want!

Thanks for the info. I'd already pulled the trigger on my transfers so I'll have to hope he plays.

My only real dilemma is Raya vs Brentford or Sanchez vs Ipswich.

It was still a good decision. You probably held on to him too long. He's shite.

I had him in for a few weeks from Week 9 which was exactly when his purple patch ended.

Bought Son to replace suspended Bruno -1 so far

Hurry back soon Bukayo.

@Richter was a forum legend back in the day. Also the unfortunate victim of an ubiquitous forum joke where everyone would reply to his posts by saying "Shut up Richter". It didn't matter what he said. He didn't even do anything wrong.

Well over 80% captaincy for Salah at most ranks, 85% higher up.

Thought it would be something like that, prepared to be punished now.

Forest continue to keep clean sheets. Taking out Aina few weeks ago has backfired spectacularly. :lol:
