Their game went to 30mins extra time in midweek. Bale is too frail to play that long and start the next game.
Bale benched.
If he stayed benched it would be utterly brilliant for my first sub.
But I'm certain he'll come on for a 1 pointer when Tottenham are struggling at 65-70mins.
Thoughts on this FH?

I'd be careful about benching Bamford and Trossard though, as they might well haul.
He didn't start midweek though, came on at 60 mins.
I think Mou was pissed at the players, threw them under the bus after the game. So now he's making a statement with that line up.

Terrible start so far this day after great stuff yesterday from Brighton. The good thing pretty much noone got any points so far from Villa vs Spurs.

Depending on Kane's BP, minimum 52 points from 8 players with FH still to use. Happy with that.

I would've had Bamford and Trossard on a free hit. I also would've had Dunk and not Veltman. Probably Auba and Bale too.
Maybe 20 points in it. Will be interesting to see if I can outdo that in 33 or whenever. Nice to have it in the pocket and still be top of the mini league though.
One I talked with got 88 pretty insane. Wonder what highest score is. Not many clean sheet points.

Yep. Definitely a far better week for a free hit than I thought it would be mainly due to the big hitters all returning. Was expecting loads of scrappy low scoring games but quite the opposite.
42 without the Free Hit... was worried it could've been 20 odd so not terrible.
The 3 above me and 1 below me all similar ish (within 6) so won't lose a lot to them but the guy in 6th is on 60+ and will narrow the gap. Think top to 7th will be 30 odd points.

Only one thing did not work for free hitters and it was really Auba. Bale did not work, but if you had a good sub it was a good thing that he hurt those without.
Differentials like Trossard, Maupay, Lucas Moura worked really well too.
Differential keepers in Lloris and Sanchez got the job done, but no keeper hauled big time.

I woke up today with an ok 22 points.
Will wake up tomorrow with a ludicrous 73. That is utterly mad with just 2 games today, and the captain not getting that high a score (14 points)
Just saw Reguilon came off after 57 mins.. you've got to be kidding me. 72 after the bonuses but should have been so much more.
71, but could have been a lot more. Happy with the free hit use, this score should give me significant boost up the rankings, maybe top 50k.

65 points without a free hit and only 9 players. Chuffed!
80 on FH without Trossard or a single Leeds player. 33 points gained on top 10k avg. Very happy with that considering there's been a lot of scaremongering and how GW29 didn't have enough quality to justify a FH. Think people underestimated Newcastle's shitness and the crazy impact Lingard has had.
