I am fine as long as Gundogan/Cancelo/Dias/Salah plays and I guess that is the problem since Pep is going to rotate so my bench will play when I least want it. If City rotates either Dunk or Trossard got to play at times. I don't want them against us. Against Chelsea I can play Dunk and hope for 0-0 I think.

I might bring in Shaw/Maguire and Bruno for a -4 though. Dias/Cancelo out and Son/Salah.

I'm similar but wouldn't go four defenders.
I have Antonio in there and Watkins.
After having the latter so long it's be sods law he'd score if i took him out now.

That's what tipped me to Lingard over Trossard. I'm more likely to keep him.

One Brighton player is enough for me after disasters with Lamptey and Maupay already this season.
 
Still having a headache about Raphinha. I have whittled down to two variations (both for a -4), which would people lean towards? I will be using WC after GW30 so don' t focus too much on long term here.

I'm still completley uncertain what to do this week to be honest. Have my 2x FTs and may decide to take a hit too. That would give me 9 players (10 if Son is fit).
Not sure if the Spurs performance last night is a good or bad thing? They are dogshite but could see a response vs Villa.

The way Mourinho threw them all under the bus after the game I'm expecting the exact opposite.

I swear this year I've been a lot more decisive and having one of my best ever seasons but recently I been messing up. I had this same feeling towards having Antonio vs. Leeds and took a hit to bring him in and he blanked.

New question... are people getting Bale? I was set on him but that Spurs performance was beyond shit and Mou threw all of them under the bus after the game as he does :lol: Messi Wingard might be the better option...
 
When’s the Villa press conference? I was happy to keep Grealish previously, but now the likes of Son, Bamford, Burn are all risks, I can’t afford to keep them all and hope.

Not getting Bale no. But if I was free hitting, I'd get him in, especially with Son being a doubt.

Not really arsed with Villa, Fulham or Newcastle. It all comes down to BHA keeping a CS, Leeds scoring past Fulham, Spurs scoring past Villa and WHU-ARS being high scoring.

I regret not saving free hit. I do not really want anyone for long from this week. Trossard as a punt it is I think or Ödegaard. I do not dare to go Auba since I have idea when he will play or start. Thus impossible to captain and not in amazing form anyway.

Although with Arsenal getting Slavia Prague they may play a strong side in the league?

My main worry is that you're tripling up on West Ham and Arsenal are not the kind of team like Newcastle who you want to be targetting... if that makes sense?

From the players you have just mentioned Tierney mmight be worth it instead of Cresswell. I like Cresswell and am using him myself, but maybe it's a good idea to hedge your bets? So you have JLingz and Antonio from WH and Tierney from Arsenal. He has good attacking potential.
 
I might actually go 4/5 defenders on the free hit. Triple Brighton, Cresswell, Dallas. Feel like the latter two have just as much chance of attacking returns as Antonio/Watkins/Bamford.

Worth a -4 to swap Son/Grealish to Bale or Lookman? I’m wildcarding in 31, so just looking at it over the next two game weeks.

Seems to me like Son is the least likely to play of the injured lot, but then again it’s Jose...

After all the philosophy from professor Mourinho, I think he may come out with some crazy team where he drops multiple individuals whom he assumes to be not showing enough heart.

Lookman has 3, 1, 3, 2 from last 4 GW and a 3, 2,2,3,3,2 before that. The only time he has put in a good haul was against SHU home and away where he got 10 points.
So toss a coin and decide.

Played City, Spurs and Liverpool in the last three, so I’m not worried about that. They have good fixtures for the next two as well.

Could even move out Gundo now, before the wildcard, because we could see some wacky rotation after the blank in 33.

Yeah that's the risk. Have to back some sides on a FH. Cant have them all especially as most of the teams playing in this GW are ultra defensive. I'm pretty sure 343 is the wrong formation. Defenders will get a lot of points.

Pretty much identical. Players I think we have due to peer pressure but will fail are Auba Antonio Bale and possibly Creswell as Arsenal don't concede many set pieces.
 
Any chance son plays?
 
After Spurs’ balls up last night, I think only Everton and Villa are guaranteed a further double before the end of the season. Might be slimmer pickings than expected for the TC.

MID: Aubameyang (c), Raphinha, Bale, Trossard, Lingard
FWD: Bamford, Kane (Antonio)

Most of the teams who used the free hit will have similar players, I have 9 of your starters.
