Fantasy Football 2017/18

I swapped Bertrand out for Cedric, needed extra cash for Morata and Pogba. Might think about swapping Valencia out for Jones as well soon.

Will probably swap Salah out for Firmino soon as well. Salah will probably get rested before midweek CL games eventually.

2 hours left for today & I'm still confused. I have 2 Free transfers left for this week so didn't bother with my WC.

Thinking of removing- Kane & Knockaert

Option 1: Lacazatte & Pogba/Martial (I have exactly 8.3 after Laca)
Option 2: Firminio & Ali (Don't like Firminio but Ali makes up for losing Kane, kind of)

My Team currently:
Forster
Bertrand, Luiz, Jones
Atsu, Mane, Willian, Knockaert,
Jesus(C) Lukaku, Kane
Elliot, Loftus Cheek, Rangel, Hunemeier

Not loving my midfield. Went all-in on my Big hitters but Kane has flattered to deceive upto now.

Firmino and Alli would make that a solid team. Very similar to mine actually.

The question is more because of teams playing away. I went with Mkhi in the end though.

I kept KDB in because I'm a genius. The best final ball in the prem in a team that normally scores a ton of goals while he's getting the most minutes, easy choice.

EDIT as I've no posts left today - Mane out for three games, Coutinho at 8.8 could be a good pick up, likely his price will rise too.

I took KDB out before the international break, so this doesn't hurt too bad. And I stopped myself from putting Mane in until next week, which seems like a good decision now :D

He's been playing far too deep so far this season to justify him costing £10.5m though. Some decisions will always come back to bite you.
 
I sold KDB this morning and kept Mane. Yaaay.

Yep, although it didn't look such genius when he was playing super deep in the first 3 games!

However, my first hard luck story of the season, took him out.
Debated Mane or Salah.... went Salah.

When a 1 pointer, and losing 10 points is still the better of the 2 outcomes though, i'll take that!

Meanwhile, Kane, who I kept in no doubt continues to blank!

Jesus now looks essential, will have to ship Firminho to him
 
I'm having a nightmare here. Literally every one of my wildcard changes backfiring!
 
I've had a horror show.

Did a couple of transfers this morning, and I looked ahead and thought I'd get Firmino in next week. I took Chich out and put Firminio in just so I could see how much I'll need in the bank if I do the other two transfers. Stupidly forgot to take Firminio out and so I've had him for this week too.

If Chich scores a brace on Monday then I think I'll call it quits on this year already.

Lukaku needs to do me wonders as captain today.
 
Hoping Willian doesn't come on today. Doucaore is my first sub. Going pretty decent so far thanks apart from Firmino blanking

I took out De Bruyne and Jesus.

Put Foster in goals, West Bromwich have conceded.

Doubled up on Southampton defenders and they have conceded.

I was torn between Kolasinac and Bellerin. I chose Bellerin and Kolasinac assists.

I was torn between Alonso and Azpilicueta. Chose Alonso and Azpilicueta assists.

I was torn between Alli and Eriksen. Chose Alli and Eriksen scored.

Was torn between Kane and Lukaku. Stuck with big Rom and now Kane is having a field day.

Also doubled up on Salah and Firmino. Only saving grace is that I was very tempted by Mane but held firm!
 
Pascal Gross is pissing me right off. Did nothing in first 3 gws. Finally decided I can't persist with him anymore and he goes and gets 2 goals and an assist :mad:

Average week so far. Thinking about getting rid of Salah and Lacazette. Bring in Morata and someone else...

Getting sick of paying top dollar for the two above and not see them play 90 minutes.
 
Sounds like it's been a pretty average week for most so far, unless you've got Kane!
 
Kane rescued the game week, just wish i'd captained him not Lukaku now! Still, better to get the points at all then lose them with the De Bruyne out decision!

Hope somehow Pogba keeps that as his goal! But if not at least another assist
 
Knew he was due a brace! Captained him as well. But now I'm wondering if I should make some big changes as part of my Wildcard..
Should I go for a front line of Lukaku, Jesus, Firmino over Lukaku, Chicharito, Kane? Would also mean I can put Davies in for Jagielka, who's raking points in so far
