Fantasy Football 2017/18

Time to bring in Morata I think, probably for aguero. Can't trust pep to not be a twat and start Aguero, and Morata seems to be settling in well.

Everton this weekend is not ideal, honestly I can see him blanking again and a further drop! I've already got him so I will stick it out

I'm too tied up with Kane now. I know he's going to do something soon and can't deal with missing out, but my team is going to be better when I can get rid of him

Know exactly what you mean, my team is suffering massively! If he produces something this weekend then fine, but having Lukaku and Kane is killing me.

The worst thing is, the more he blanks the closer I feel like he is to not blanking, so I can't face taking him out the week before he finally does something

A lot of people feeling the same towards Kane, which is why he's only gone down 0.1 after three weeks of duds.

I got rid after week 1

I remember I took him out for the last 3 games or something last season. He scored 7 goals . So no matter what he stays in my team!

Usually go for a strong squad rather than starting XI but gone for a different method this year. Pretty happy so far with this. De Bruyne needs to pick up the pace ideally but Man City haven't really got into goalscoring gear yet. He's the one guaranteed of minutes more than any other of the attackers, even if he plays a bit deeper.

KDB & Gabbiadini out. Ali and Morata in.

Watch KDB and Gabbi both score hat tricks this weekend.

I have the feeling that Spurs will trash Everton. Not sure why everyone believes Everton are suddenly a stable team.

But still not enough confidence to captain Kane...

I think that's a no brainer over the course of a season.

Right...

Davies, Silva & Brady or Jones, Mane & Chalobah ?

Jones, Mane and Chalobah. Silva rarely puts up good numbers over a season. Jones because United. Brady and Chalobah both meh, but Chalobah is a bit more of an unknown quantity, might be a decent goalscoring midfielder over the course of a season, Brady might get you a few points from set pieces but Burnley don't score near enough goals to put one of their midfielders in imo.

This one for me.
Silva looks like the player of old, but once CL starts who knows what the XI will be for City.

Jones is nailed on for now, we have strength in CB position for the CL so I can see Jones being protected here and only used in the prem. Mane is firing as usual and guaranteed starter. Chalobah isn't doing much but can sit on the bench

Why is everyone so obsessed with the WBrom Hegazi chap.

I had him since beginning but transferred him out now that his price shot up. He's not even going to be first choice anymore!

Exactly . Once Mcauley and Evans return he'd just be a sub

Yea it's probably time up for him but still a great move for everyone that jumped on the bandwagon and made 0.2m profit. Definitely key to winning last year, I had a team value of 106m or something allows you so many more options.

exact same thoughts / mull too...

Kane hattrick

:nervous:

feck it. Against all common sense I'm gonna captain Chicarito this week against Huddersfield. I know they've been awful but first home game for them and they need to start turning it around at some point surely. Also, the Huddersfield bubble has to burst sooner rather than later.

Foster
Mee Alonso Cedric Jones
Mane Alli Mkhitryan
Firmino Hernandez (c) Lukaku (v)

bench: Mooy Naughton Chalobah

money in bank for Lukaku>Kane next week if needed

Imo McAuley doesn't come straight back in. I think it's a choice between Nyom or Hegazi. If Dawson plays RB we'll see Hegazi, if Nyom plays RB then Dawson will play CB. I'll keep him for this week and see.

With shawcross out in tempted to make Lukaku Captain but might stick it on lacazette as Bournemouth aren't great defensively and arsenal need to prove a point so I expect Sanchez to be feeding lacazette loads

Shawcross out for the game, so Lukaku or Pogba for Captain? Also have Morata, Alonso, and Firmino. Haven't decided yet. Thoughts?

You'd think Shawcross was the next Aguero. Or am I not getting the joke here? Lacazette seems the sort of inspired choice that can make your week. Go for it! Otherwise, Lukaku is safest.

Captain Kane, Lukaku or Chicharito?
Stick with Lukaku, but go for Chicharito if it's a gut feeling.

Doesn't seem to be a clear frontrunner for captain choice this week.

Lukaku away at Stoke. Missed pen the other week so people are wary, but also bagged a few for Belgium. Stoke can defend well so it's likely going to be a 1-0 win.

Kane away to Everton. Tough fixture, Everton have looked good. Kane has scored 4points...but he is a back to back golden boot winner!

Firmino, Mane, Aguero, Jesus all options but with Man City vs Liverpool it's really anyone's guess who wins that.

Predict a lot of movements in everyone's ML this weekend depending on who shines! I'm sticking with big Rom

So here we are again:

Forster
Naughton, Bertrand, Hegazi
Mane, Silva, Mkhi, Pogba
Lukaku, Chicharito, Rodriguez.

Elliot, Carroll, Daniels, Rangel.

I have already taken a -4 to bring in ship out KdB and Danilo. But I have already set my sights on the next transfer. Chicharito out for Firmino and probably a defender in place of Rangel.

Any comments on the captain this GW? United play away to Stoke so Lukaku is definitely a doubt to score.

Don't know why Stoke are seen as this great home side. You look at the home table from last year and they sit in 14th. Lukaku and Pogba should do the business.

If you want a risk that could pay off if they score 4 against City then take Mane as captain, if you want the safer option, go Lukaku. I don't see United winningtoday for some reason, hoping I'm wrong though.

You guys should trust Arsenal at specific times. This week is one of them.

But then you are stuck with Arsenal players who you'll need to waste transfers on when they come up against aby half decent side.

I've put Bellerin into my side but I can't make him captain.

I mostly use my free transfer on adding or removing an Arsenal midfielder. It works for me because I don't make much changes otherwise.

But yes, Bellerin is too risky.
