Fantasy Football 2017/18

Leicester have went to shit recently. Getting rid of Mahrez and Vardy for Jesus and Sterling.

Also Willian benched today - ffs.

Doing alright so far. 21 points on the bench though! Thought about bench boost as well this week.

Waiting for Burnley to do their usual late conceding.

Might take Vardy out instead of Tosun. Leicester don't give a feck.

39 points so far.

Kane (c), Arnatovic, D. Silva, and De Gea to play

Yeah, Leicester in freefall. Time to ditch the lot of 'em. Robertson and William have not helped either. Not shaping up we'll this weekend.

Vardy is the only one around that price with a double game week though.

I'd still expect them to get a few goals before the end of the season and it'll most likely be him.

Watching games focused on your FF players is so frustrating. Vertonghen hits the post and Captain Kane can't sort his feet for the simple tap in. Literally like just watching 14 points drift away :(

I've got £4.8m in the bank. My plan was to bring in Lukaku for Tosun, but with that injury, not sure. Maybe Eriksen for Milivojevic?

My team is:
GKs: Pope, De Gea
Def: Monreal, Yedlin, Baines, Naughton, Tarkowski
Mid: Milivojevic, D. Silva, Zaha, A. Lennon, Arnautovic
St: Kane, Tosun, Vardy

All green arrows since GW28 and I finally got first in my h2h mini-league after being 9 points behind

Going into double gameweek with

De Gea
Smalling - Tarkowski - Laporte
Son - Alli - Sterling - Milivojevic - Lingard
Jesus - Kane

Bench: Christensen, Robertson, Niasse

Won't set the world alight with Lingard possibly benched and two players with one match but should be enough to hold onto first in the mini-league.

Yeah had both myself. Typical

That said I'm 112 points clear in my ml still and have already done Jesus in for Kak.

Just trying to weigh up the pro's and cons of taking a -8 to swap out Mahrez and Son for Sane and Eriksen.

The guy 115 pts back in 3rd has his triple captain left and will stick it on Kane, Sterling, Jesus or Eriksen. I can cover them all to an extent and have Sane/Willian/Pogba as differentials if I take that hit.

My team is

De Gea
Trippier Davies Smalling
Sterling Silva Zaha Mijihilovic
Jesus Kane Lukaku
I have already done my free transfer by bringing in Smalling. So now I'm not sure who to bring in for Lukaku. Should I just keep Lukaku? Will he be back for Friday?

Did an early swap this week, so I can afford my transfers before Sterling, Vertonghen and Ayew go up in price soon:

De Gea
Monreal Mustafi Vertonghen Smalling
Salah Sterling Son
Ayew Jesus Kane

Bench: Nordfeldt, Willian, Milivojevic, Alexander Arnold

Believing in Ayew in gw37 as Swansea has a lot to play for. Bournemouth's on holiday and they can't afford to lose to Soton home. Soton could be forced to attack, so that could leave spaces.

Will have a great team-selection for GW38 also.

I'd say spread it out and upgrade here and there, so you get some more players with two matches in gw37 as you only have 6. That seems to be your weak-point if everyone else is having double gameweek players. City, Spurs and United have good matches from now and til the season is over.

Some mentions: Smalling, Vertonghen/Davies (should be safe points), Gundogan/Fernandinho, Jordan Ayew

What are people doing with Lukaku?

No idea whether to keep him in, or ship because of his injury.

Eriksen has 3 games left though. Milivojevic only has two doesn't he? Then again, the last dgw stung most people with that train of thought.

I've got 8 with double GWs, so not too concerned and think I'll even choose Baines with one match over Yedlin with two anyway.

Yeah exactly, the way I played it last time was having a few players who had a double GW but also enough to have a full team the following week (hence 3 Burnley players)

I'll probably just go with Eriksen, though I'm also tempted to go with Jesus. That way I'll have 8 DGW players in with another one on the bench

Is it madness to get rid of Salah for the last 2 games? I've had him in since GW1.

I'm tempted.

Thinking of dropping Salah for Eriksen or Alli but which one? Thinking Eriksen as Alli has burned me twice this season.

Jordan Ayew might face suspension, be careful.

Noooo.. Already bought him  why could he face suspension??

Edit: Ah, he bumped into Cahill in an over the top manner.. Ref's seen it apparently, so I dont think it'll matter - It's been two days now and no noise from the FA

Happy with my team going into the last few games. Bench boost on..

Fabianski/Pope

Femenia Long Ward Davies Hegazi

Eriksen Salah Lingard Zaha McArthur

Kane Vardy Jesus

Could be better but considering what I had to work with it could be good. Bench has got over 40 points in the last few weeks so I expect...probably about 5. Would've liked Sterling but would've meant more minus points and it's already gonna be touch and go if I can make up a position in the league.

Eriksen for consistency and guarantee of starts.

Now do I ditch Mahrez and Son for Eriksen and Sane? Answer me Schwein!
Son wont play double 90 minutes and Mahrez has turned useless... Sane in a formidable team and Eriksen is consistent. So yes!

Good man. That's what I wanted to hear. Especially since I already pulled the trigger earlier today.

Going into the dgw with this..

De Gea
Cedric / Dummett / Vertonghen
Sane / Sterling / Pogba / Eriksen / Willian
Kane / Jesus

Captain on Kane at the moment although I seriously think Jesus might be the better shout.
