Haha. I've changed my team around now. Mahrez out for Willian, and Kane in for Auba. Must better chance of points I reckon.
How does Sterling get 0 bonus points for a goal and an assist, while the keeper who let in 5 (five!) goals gets a bonus 2...?
Ridiculous. As with Salah who barely ever gets a single bonus point, whereas Kane will pretty much always get 3 or 2 if he scores 1 goal.

Walker not starting was annoying but Tomkins should come off my bench, meaning I'll be on 60 points (63 once Laca gets his 3 bps), with Pickford and Baines still to play. Happy with that tbh.

Currently on 61 points (after Laca and Monreal's BPS kick in) with Tosun, Baines and Pickford left to play. Not that bad and helps me recuperate some of the lost places in overall ranking.

I have about 1.2M ITB and thinking of upgrading Doucoure but can't find a good midfielder for 6.5M.

And I am keeping him because of the DGW. And also cause I can't find a good midfielder on cheap.
Ended up with 63 points. Not too bad i think but could have been much more especially if i could get clean sheets from Mustafi and Walker & a goal or two from the likes of Zaha, Mane and Shaqiri.

I’m tempted to take a few risks now as I’m still 20/30 points behind my league leader.
Expensive defenders are frustrating as there doesn’t seem to be a lot of clean sheets happening recently, so I’m tempted to go really cheap on defence. Alonso being Out goes Mustafi and Alonso and in steps Lejeune for 4.3 and Bednarek for 4.1. Both have a double gameweek in 37. I don’t have any City players but this cheap defence allows me to get Jesus in, which I feel is important.

Can't go wrong with that front line you'd think. But the game has thrown up some odd twists in recent weeks.
I'm taking a minus 8 to protect myself from Kane & Sterling in the coming weeks. Won't bring Salah back till the last GW.

Very happy this GW, 71 points with Baines to play and another 2 off the bench. Ozil not playing was a bit of a shame could have got a decent replacement for him. Anfield Express leaking the line up a day before was a bonus, brought in Danny Ings on a free hit.
Double gameweek is 37 mate.
Hard to say really. With no free transfers I'd be tempted to wildcard this week to set myself up for a strong gw37 team. Don't fancy all those Watford players away to Spurs next weekend.
Of course if you've got any other chips left then the decision is a no brainer. Do it this week.
For the double gameweek, 3 players each from City, United and Spurs should do the trick. I already have De Gea, Lukaku, Silva, Sterling, Jesus and Davies. Need to bring in 3 more players. I'm thinking Smalling, Kane and Eriksen. Fitting them all in is going to be really tough.
Some big hitters seem to be missing in your line-up. City have the easiest fixtures in the DGW. Sterling or Silva have to be there. Also, Eriksen if you can squeeze him in. I've lost trust in Mahrez and Pogba as well as they are too inconsistent.

Some of the transfers seem a bit sideways but I'm just trying to cover myself from everyone below. Tbh I think only Kane & Salah can explode enough to damage me, although Jesus worries me slightly in the dgw which is why I'm getting him in. I'm probably most vulnerable to a TC on Salah against Stoke this weekend. Will be hiding behind the sofa for that one.
I have a 100 point lead in my mini-league so don't want to take too many risks. I don't have Salah in my team. I just hope he doesn't get a hat trick against a super weak Stoke side.
City lineups are going to be a nightmare to predict.
