Maybe upgrade Niasse to a DGW player for next week? Perez for Newcastle fits in your budget
You have quite a few players that can/will be rested mate, so cross you fingers. Otamendi, Monreal, Lingard, Salah, Silva and Firmino all in the danger zone if you ask me.
Is that Alonso from Chelsea? Get him on the pitch instead of Monreal. Firstly, he probably won't play - and do you honestly think he'll keep a clean sheet against United at Old Trafford? Arsenal will rest many players for Atletico next Thursday.
Ashley Young loves playing Arsenal, especially if he gets to roam up and down against Chambers and Holding or whomever. Not the best choice, but put him as first sub. If I were you, I'd get in Sterling for Salah and/or perhaps Jesus for Firmino due to the double GW next week. Man City have Hudds and Brighton at home, there will be tons of goals. Of course, you already have two City-players... so choose carefully. You can always take a hit or two with the next round in mind.
Edit; Salah - depends on the update from Anfield insider/twitter. If he doesn't play tomorrow, then he has no double GW next round, and their game is Chelsea away. He scan score, but I'd rather have Sterling with West Ham (a), Hudds (h) and Brighton (h) in the same weeks.
Firmino came off the bench last week against Brom, he may be rested. Otamendi hasn't played for me in ff for a few weeks, hard to know who city will play. I would think about kane as they are playing Watford and he's still chasing golden boot, Spurs have a double gameweek coming up. Get more United players in because they have a double gamweek against very beatable opposition.

Is Davies at risk of rotation with Rose? Definitely worth having a Spurs defender in though - I'm going with Vertonghen.
Also, a City defender would be nice to have - but such is their rotation, only Ederson represents a safe pick. I'm dropping De Gea for the the first time this season, because clean sheets for City look likelier.
Gonna captain Kane with the hope Salah only plays a bit part and does nothing...fecking up other people with him captain. My season is already goosed without a miracle so may as well go for it.
He is but he will definitely play in this GW and I'm not convinced Rose will start again this season. Even at that Davies can score heavy in 2 out of his next 3 to justify his inclusion.
I had Otamendi all season but he was a big let down last week as a non starter. I have decide to go 3 city attack as I am chasing in my league.

I'm in the same situation.. Think I'll go safe with Salah or Jesus, as Harry Kane has only scored 1 goal in his last 6 PL matches.
