Selfish fecker not thinking about those of us who've spent a fortune to bring him in
Can't decide what order to do my transfers in. Going to bring Eriksen in but need to choose between KDB and Mane out. KDB will want to win the league but it might be a pretty dead game. Mane has been scoring and it's a big game against Everton, but I feel Liverpool are due dropped points so there might not be many goals. Or it could be a romp. Either way, the other one will be out the week after (probably for Son) to allow for Lukaku coming in.
Brought in Son, Willian and Burnley defender for Davies, Sane and Lingard... great decision that was.
A rather meh 61 points, but at least I am set up nicely for next week and then I'll have a good team to bench boost in double game week 34.

That's fine. All I know of them have a double GW. Chelsea play badly against big teams, Son is not nearly as good away as he is at home. I brought in Verthongen but benched him this GW. The transfers were made for the rest of the season, not just this weekend.
Finished with 72. Not bad but I woke up hungover on Saturday morning and decided to swap Simpson for Chilwell and went for Jones instead of Smalling... I'm still happy with the overall shape of my team leading up to the double game week.
Kane... I really didn't expect him back so soon. I can't see how I'll fit him into my double game week team...

I'm gonna wait until GW36 and just hide behind the sofa for the next few games. I think he'll actually be a decent differential if you can get him in early though as most people will be reluctant to take out Auba or Kak with the form they're in.
If I make a transfer and then do the Free Hit, will the transfer happen regardless? Or will the Free Hit remove my transfer when going into the next round? Furthermore, if the transfer is removed, will I then bring 2 free transfers into the next round?
And the last question; what will GW37 look like? Is is confirmed more or less, or can they suddenly throw more games into another gameweek?

Big decision time. I have Salah, Robertson, Firmino, KDB, Otamendi and D Dilva in my side. Thoughts on whether I should free hit? I’ve no idea how many of those will play given tonight’s result. Thanks for any advice!

Start getting rid of them. Should've already imo, but you might get lucky. Free hit doesn't mean much because there's two doubles coming up with Liverpool only playing one game both times, and City probably already having the league wrapped.
I'm just gonna keep Salah out of all my Pool/City players. He might get rested at the weekend because of his knock, but it doesn't matter because everyone has him.
Mkhitaryan injured. Such a terrible differential pick on my wildcard, literally costing me points.
Yep same. What a turd. Switched from Auba and Sane last week to him and Kak at the last minute. Total disaster. I've just shipped him for Gross on a -4 (after doing Bailly to Vertonghen which was another bad wildcard decision).
Might be a blessing in disguise actually. He was going next week anyway for Gross or Lingard and this has put any thoughts of transferring Salah out on the back burner. Barnes is 1st on the bench if he misses the Everton game.

There are more teams playing in 37, which favours BB but it has the better triple captain options for me too - anyone of Kane, Auba, Aguero, Rom and Hazard are fair picks so there is variety unlike the Salah overload in the BGW.

Easier to field a BB team in 34 after playing WC this week. Then TC Kane in 37.
Anyone else tripling on Lukaku in gw34?
It’s been a serious consideration. Form is with him and it gives a better bench boost spread of big hitters in 37 - which as a league leader works well for me to offer damage control if a TC choice of mine blanked in 37 had I not played it.
Aye that’s the logical pick - WBA will be gone by then and Newcastle may have just entered holiday mode.
I really need a captained Aubameyang hattrick this weekend to get me back into contention for my main league. Hoping the others haven't just put him in this week.

It's worth considering, escpecially if you have a free hit left because you can bring him back for that GW. With that in consideration you'll get him for 1 of the 5 GWs left that he could possibly play in. Lets say he misses GW 34, then you can bring someone in that has 2 GWs which mean a transfer now will give you a player that plays 3 more games than Salah at least and that would be worth it imo.
Personally I'm gonna save a transfer this GW and do a double transfer before GW34 as I feel that my cover for him is adequate this week so I'm going to think harder about it then when I know more about his injury. I don't know what to think about injuries this season. Either clubs are purposely giving false information on recovery estimates they get from doctors or players are doping or both. When I see someone limping off with a groin injury I don't expect them back in 6 days time.
I've weighed it up and took him out. I don't think he'll play this week (sub appearance at best). I'm using free hit on 35 so I can get him in that week anyway and I'll probably bring him back for the last game of the season against Brighton. So basically it's 3 games of Salah Vs a potential 6 games from Alli (pre 38). And I know they'll be rotation from both sides but I think people are scared after the 29 point haul the other week which is an anomaly rather than the norm.
The guy second in my work league has not had him all season and only had Kane in for half a dozen games if that.
